It was a good little game and I played a few levels and like to pay for things I use. I expected to play without interruption after paying, but the offers to buy coins, tickets and whatever happen almost continuously. You can decline them of course and move on, but it is relentless. I’ve also been asked to rate the game at least 20 times. I tried rating it after about 5 or 6 times thinking it would leave me alone after that, but no…every 10 games or so I get asked again. It really never gets very difficult. It is fun, but I’ve yet to fail at solving a level and even the most difficult so far take less than 30 seconds. Good puzzle type games should get increasingly difficult and be tough enough to cause you to occasionally fail. So since I can do it quickly, I thought I’ll try one of these “see how fast you can do 10 levels compared to others” but in order to do that, once again you have to watch an ad. Five dollars is not the end of the world, but I regret spending it on this particular game.

I gave this game a fair chance to get better. Played 2300 levels and two trophy challenges that I received first place by a impressive point margin in the fist challenge and a 15,000+ point margin in the second challenge. After the first 100 levels or so there are no new challenges introduced. The puzzles are exactly the same and sometimes identical for several levels in a row. I memorized solution patterns and was able to solve levels in 8 seconds or less on average. The hard ‘challenge’ levels are solvable in around 15 seconds. Zero creativity in these levels. I expect new challenges and obstacles as play progresses, certainly after 2000 levels there should be a new offering at some point, but not with these developers. TrafficEscape developers focus on ads and not on content. Ads are placed everywhere even after paying the $4.99 ad free fee. You can’t access challenges or races without watching ads.

Cannot stand all the ads. You watch more ad commercials than you do playing the game. The first 7 or 8 levels had no ads.
These levels are basically getting you familiar with the game moves. But after level 8 you get an ad after each and every single level. And these are long ads. The levels are very simple so you breeze through them quite fast. And I promise you will watch more ads than anything else. I will be deleting after writing this review.
I guess that I wouldn’t mind an ad after every 5 to 8 levels. This is just greed on the developers end. Or whoever gets the money for these annoying ads. I never write reviews so that should tell you something.
It’s a shame because I think this would be a good to kill time. Zero stars from me

Have you ever been playing a game and thought, “I wish I could be watching an ad right now”? This game is for you! You’ll never have to play more than two levels without watching an ad. You’ll also get the pleasure of watching an ad every time before you’re allowed to play a level with any difficulty, challenge other players, or get rid of the multiple exclamation points and pop ups on the home screen telling you to claim your “free” stuff. Nearly half of your time in TrafficEscape will be spent watching ads for other apps that you could be playing instead. And it’s not even an original game.

If you want some gameplay with your ads, you won’t find it here. Skip this and download one of the countless better games by developers who respect you more.

There have been numerous times where the game doesn’t give me the double points even though I’ve watched numerous ads. This is not fair. Almost as if you don’t want me to win the game. What you don’t realize is that all those ads show other games that I can be interested in that do play fair. So while I’m watching your numerous ads I am also watching your competitors and deciding if I’d rather play their games. Not too smart for you! Just stop with the nonsense of not giving double points or a llowing me to play boss levels and we will be all good. Otherwise I’m done!

Update..so you started allowing me to get double points, but now that I play it all the time the game is constantly crashing. When an ad comes up it gets stuck and never goes back to the game until the time allotment for double points runs out. Too many issues with this game.

Fix these and I’ll def give it more stars cuz it is a cute little game

I got this game while looking for an entertaining logic type game, and for the first few levels, it was fantastic. Then the added "don't hit the pedestrian" was introduced, and after a brief panic attack, I went ahead and deleted this game and everything else made by this developer. I understand that to some people, that's just a joke, or is all in good fun, or whatever. To some of us, it is real life. My own brother was hit by a car and killed, so I don't find it entertaining on any level to "avoid hitting the pedestrian" in my video games. I know that people are sick of trigger warnings, and I'm not suggesting that one would have been required here. But in all of the descriptions and photos of game play, it would've been very easy to have included SOMETHING, even a photo of game play if nothing else, to tell me that this was not the game for someone like me I'd rate this game a zero if it would allow me to, but I can't. What I can and will do, however, is make sure that everyone I know avoids these devs and everything that they create.

I have no problem with this game, fun to play I have reached level 157. That's when I began to notice that it seems like I'm playing against not someone but something. So, I started to keep track of my score and the score of those above me and below me. For example if I stop playing the game and end that round of play in 7th place with a score of 5710 then I'd check scores of the players above me and below me. Player above me would have a score that of 5870 and the player below me would have a score of 5450. When I would come back to the game, hour's if not a day or two latter. I would still be in 7th place and none of the scores would have changed. But as soon as I started playing the scores above me and below me would start to change. To check if it was just a random thing I started playing at 2-3 o'clock in the morning. Scores would all be static until I'd completed a couple of games then the scores above and below would start to change to keep my position static. I finally decided to delete it and move on

Do you really think that people are that stupid that we can’t figure out that robots are playing the game instead of actual players a lot of the time? I work hard to get the score that I have and maybe people don’t like it that I get way ahead of them, but what right do you have to play for them so that I can only gain a certain amount each time? That’s really not fair and it takes the fun out of it. Could you please stop doing this and allow us to play legitimately and you do the same please. I have been analyzing this for quite some time and I can tell that it’s bogus. As soon as I stop the robots stop when I start they start in it doesn’t matter how much time I wait I can go away for two hours and it still the same thing. That’s just wrong on every level. And it certainly does not give a true representation to those who are interested in playing the game. Please fix this and I’ll put you back to a five star rating. I love this game for the games sake but I don’t wanna play against robots, I’m not a robot. I expect to plate against other humans. This game is great for my memory and everything else for someone in the elder age group. Thank you for your time.

Before today, I would have given this game 5 ⭐️! Today I updated for the “bug fixes” as usual, yeah right! What I found out instead, y’all cut down the extra moves which were around 3-10 per level to ZERO, leaving a player with no room for error! As if we don’t watch enough ads per level, a plethora of ads, that I don’t usually mind, but knowing you don’t have any leeway and there will surely be these extra ads has slowed down my gameplay dramatically. I am usually the winner weekly, and have reached the pinnacle weeks ago, but liked the game and how it helped my dexterity so much that I continued playing. No more. First of all, I don’t like the deception you used in getting players to update. If I hadn’t, I would still have all those extra moves to use. Secondly, I like seeing how quickly I can play, and where is the fun is forced slow play. Goodbye, Traffic Escape! I am leaving. Another winner can take my place. PLAYERS BEWARE OF UPDATES! This one really screwed gameplay up!

Also, I think the player list is a hoax. I am always the winner. Other people say the same. The names seem to be fictitious. Does each player have a list of fictitious names just for them? Seems odd and too coincidental that so many people would claim to be winners! 🙄

I was really enjoying this game but every time there’s an ad it freezes. Sometimes I can eventually “enter” my way through it ( after hitting the button about 100 times) and sometimes the only solution is to go into another application for a while and come back.
This is incredibly frustrating. I even uninstalled, lost all my progress,and started again in the hope that the recent bug fixes would solve of my problems, but nope.
Probably going to give up and try another app

When are TrafficEscape developers going to figure out that incessant ads that last longer than the level you just played that play after EVERY level are a complete turn off for the game. A game that I would potentially spend money on ends up getting deleted in less than 24hrs merely because of the ads they are throwing in your face every 37 seconds. I understand the need but they are absolutely out of control these days. So like 100 or so other apps this one has been deleted because the ads don’t even give you a chance to enjoy the game play enough get hooked and potentially drop 4.99 to get rid of the ads or make other purchases. It’s completely counter productive, instead of getting aggravated at the overwhelming ads and paying to remove them, I just delete the games. As a result I avoid apps from the developer in future.

While the ads are annoying in content and especially quantity, what I find REALLY irritating is how non game buttons are moved when you least expect them to. You try to click out of an ad but the button moves before you can press it which causes another (Unwanted) ad to open. Pretty cheesy, if you ask me. Also, why aren’t extra “Lives” accumulated from one board to the next? Even though it’s only one or two, it would be nice if you could store them up, and not have to buy more. Ads for other games are so ridiculous as to insult one’s intelligence. Would recommend staying away from this and any other game from this programmer. Funny how you’re playing and an ad comes up for a game that tells you you should delete any game that forces you to watch an ad while playing, then forces you to watch an ad while playing. Spends more time on ads than app development. Worst game ever. Also, as I said too many ads to wade through. Not only that, but many are fraudulent in nature, ie, ad says my tablet is out of memory. When I check, I find that it has more available space then memory being used. Of course, you won’t read this review, so you’ll never know you’re sellling a fraudulent service.

Still locked out of your game be advertisements"????"???? Why does this. No other game permits lock out with no advancement You have to re boot the whole system to play?????????? Another day. I know you have to pay for free software by watching ads. The ads are designed by advertising companies to put them out there and I expect every few minutes and in something you’re gonna have a pop up ad that you’re gonna have to deal with for a minute until you can get back to the game.

This brought that process to a new level not only would it not allow me to finish the game but I couldn’t leave it. Edit popped up a series of ads through this for about 30 or 40 different products and I lost complete control of my phone.

I called extortionware. You’re forced to download this offer to get control of your phone now a game would have to be pretty bad if that’s the only way they can get people downloading it.

But I’m pretty sure that anything that prevents you from utilizing your own phone is it illegal. I could see 100 ads and dave for different things and it’s not often that I get one of these so it’s clear that it’s unusual but the question is how is this allowed to exist on this platform and why is it that there’s no way to notify Apple about this stuff?

Should be removed from the platform immediately and the FBI will be notified

This game’s purpose is to get you addicted until you get to 10th place or so and then the algorithms work against you and it becomes increasingly difficult to advance to 9th or 8th place, etc. You’ll see other “players” ahead of you advance by 60 or more trophies with each game you play, where the max trophies possible for you are only 30. It’s rigged. I’m done.

It’s your basic puzzle game. Maybe a bit more entertaining than some. I easily got past level 100 with only 3 obstacles being introduced. The obstacles aren’t in most levels & they're too easy. The different routes & directions cars can travel are fun though. All that being said, the ad usage is outlandish. For every 20 to 45 seconds of gameplay there are at least 15 to 30 seconds of delay - ads or various pop ups asking if you want to buy something in app. There’s 15 second minimum interactive ad between nearly every level. And if you can play two levels uninterrupted, you’ll find another ad next. I may have been willing to pay to remove ads, but the game wasn’t challenging enough to keep playing even if I didn’t have ads. There are different bonus levels or challenges you can join by watching a 30ish second ad, but every one of them requires that. Not worth it.

Hi, it’s a fine game, just, a few things I don’t like.
1. I am on level 57, okay? So I try to play, and it is like there is no way to get the level beat with barely any moves at all. Like, 30 moves and 30 cars? Really? The developers are just flat out telling you that you have to be perfect and can’t mess up at all. I ain’t watching a stupid ad for a minute and a half just to get 5 more moves. No! 2. You literally have to watch an ad for every single thing that you do! 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ Not cool and not fair. 3. The levels get harder and harder as you go, correct? Okay, so I noticed that the moves usually get lower and lower the higher you go. Like I said though, usually. So don’t rat me out if I’m wrong. 4. I’m ALWAYS in a really high placing. Like rn I’m in 79th place. On level 57. Like what?!?!?! 5. I’ve also noticed some glitching in the game. Like when I have the lights, they will be on like 3 seconds, and I’ll go, and they turn to 0 and I get -2 moves and it’s not fair! But anyway, this is a good game if you like ads, extremely hard levels, and unfair stuff like this. So yeah, like I said, it’s a fine game. It just… needs some changes and updates. So thanks for reading this review. Developers please respond. 😊😊

The game simply does not increase its challenges. Regular level near 1000 no different then level 100 plus only takes approximately 15 -20 seconds to figure it out but watch 30 seconds of ad before every game. Their “super challenges” (I’m on level 72) and only takes average 30-40 seconds. Ads are everywhere and before EVERY CHALLENGE AT LEAST 30 seconds! Hints and awards are only needed to cheat or improve your time to “beat” others to gain minimum reward, basically just bragging rights not really any better skill improvement. On the Positive, it is a fun puzzle to figure out the sequence of events but way to many frequency of ads/ down time for the actual play time. Possibilities for a greater experience is work on a couple of puzzles then maybe I would be needing I break for a minute ad.

I can live with the fact that Nat and Leilani are the bots assigned to my profile. I can even live with only having just enough moves to clear the screen, as long as I keep earning sufficient helicopters to keep up with my occasional mistakes. The repetitive nature of the game, and stable difficulty levels as I play actually works in my favor as it’s these very factors that makes the game nearly addictive and works to soothe my (very) frequent anxiety. I don’t mind the near constant, “buy me,” or “rate me” pop-ups (so much). What I can’t live with are the ads between each screen. That is too too excessive. So I’m very suspicious of this “go ad-free” $6.99 offer. I saw a game where you paid that FOR ONE HOUR! Outrageous. But the game let you know that before you bought. The fact that this developer, with numerous shady habits already, doesn’t specify? Makes me wonder if they are worse. I agree with an earlier reviewer who acknowledged the developer will likely never read this (at least other developers, though their responses are trite and indicate they may not have actually read the review, at least has something set up to at give the allusion someone somewhere is reading it.)

When playing this game, you get the feeling that many others are playing it too! Well whenever I get within 10 positions of first place, the player that is before me always seems to stay ahead and I can never pass him. Even if I stop during the day and continue at midnight, it always seems that the same person before me wakes up and starts getting points again which prevents me from passing him. I even tried continuing at 4 in the morning and amazing that that same person before me wakes up and starts to get points again!!! It’s as though that person knows whenever I decide to continue. Or what I figured out is that those persons are put there by the game to prevent me to getting close to the first position!!! Maybe if I spent more money on the game, it would let me pass!!!

I like the concept of the game and appreciate thats its free I guess but to be honest for what it is, It a money grab for devs clear very simple graphics and mechanics, not to discount the work done but rather that its not worth you time to play if you spend half you time on TrafficEscape watching ads. They also try to urge you to pay real money every chance they can, and if you choose not to pay for no ads there is a 15-30 second ad after EVERY level.

I really enjoy the game for the most part. However I’ve gotten to a point where I don’t see new puzzles, they just repeat. Also, a few minutes ago I was playing and was unlocking my “super hard” challenge games (had 3 available at that time) so I clicked to unlock them and they went right back to locked. Tried again and it happened again. So 1500 coins down for nothing. Please fix it.

Been playing this game for awhile and have left previous reviews which has been deleted as its not listed. I can be ahead in points for hours, even a day and no one else is playing? The other scores stay the same until I start playing and the other players score increases which means playing against a computer? There’s an irritating glitch that causes a problem with using helicopters or payment: The touch on the car you want to move has to be touched several times before it moves, more than four to eight times. The problem? Normally not but this happens way to frequently at stop lights and pedestrians crossing. Timing is short and when the car must be touched several times, it causes the car to not make the green light or hits a pedestrian, losing a car. This touch problem has been present for a long time, but it doesn’t happen to games with no stop lights or pedestrians, which makes one conclude the gamers developers have done this on purpose to use up resources. This is not good when in the race with other players and speed is important to finish each race. Overall, a game of some fun but with a lot of frustration not needed.
The ads are a killer for the game. Some are almost 2 minutes long. There are some ads that are only seconds long which is relief. Some ads are continuous into another ad! Please consider reviewing these long ads. Would you put up with them playing YOUR game?

Fun little app, similar to the board game. I got a little obsessed and played this every chance I got for about three days over a long weekend. The ads were relentless, playing in between every game, and when it takes a minute or less to finish a level the ads get pretty tedious to deal with. The ads would also stop my music from playing, which was annoying. But what made me delete TrafficEscape was getting on after a day of work only to see it knocked me out of the silver league and placed me 5th in the bronze league, even though I’d worked my way up to 1st in the silver league, and also deleted almost 300 games worth of history. I’ll go waste my time on one of the other copies of this game.

The game is great fun, easy at first but with more cars added it becomes more of a challenge but not as much as a pop up add after every other level. The developers have engineered the game such that you will either stop playing out of “ad-frustration” or pay up their ransom fee of $4.99 to remove the adds

I have never played a game where the other opponents only go so far each time they play. The opponent that is in second place never gets passed by the opponent in third place. There is usually a 20 to 40 point spread between opponents. This has occurred in every level that I have played. As long as you play at least once a day they really never challenge you. I believe the game is programmed and there are no real players that challenge you. The only time there is a challenge is in the speed rounds and there is no way you can win if you don’t pay to block the ads. Speaking of ads the are too many and very often they freeze and you cannot exit. The game is not what it is cracked up to be.

This is a pretty fun game, but I feel like I spend more time watching ads than playing. It's like watching a TV show where for every 5 minutes of show there's 10 minutes of commercials.

Additionally, while they introduce some interesting mechanics into later levels, they're mostly only used during the challenge mode levels, and the normal levels feel pretty bland as a result.

Some good potential here with this game, but buried under too much junk.

Very clever simple game that is a stress free way to pass the time and exercise your brain.
Loses 1 star for a very heavy dose of adds. This becomes bearable if you fork out the $6 to remove adds between levels. However, it still forces you to watch 1 min adds after you have paid to remove them. The game uses adds to punish you for making mistakes. Would be better to have a time penalty for mistakes (especially after paying to remove adds). It also makes you watch a 1 min add at the start of every race. This is inexcusable after paying to remove adds.
Loses 1 more star for having no meaningful reward system. Gold is nearly worthless. You can use gold to skip adds (which should not be there in the first place). You can also use gold to buy skins, but all of the cool skins take real money, not gold.

I have been playing this game for a few weeks, was really enjoying it, then for the past couple days it started glitching. When you have to watch an ad the screen just goes black & I have to close out TrafficEscape & reopen it. It started frustrating me so much that I told myself “just delete the game & re-download it”. WHY did I do that???? I lost ALL my progress & now it started me back to level 1! I was all the way in the 3,200’s levels, did all 225 challenges. & was a couple days close to winning the “Legend” tournament trophy & rewards! I’m so upset & feel like I wasted my time. I hope they fix the bugs & make it so you can sign in & save progress. This makes absolutely no sense that it didn’t pick up where I left off when I downloaded the game again. Totally not my fault & it shouldn’t have been glitching in the first place…

I use to love this game and spent a lot of time playing it and when I finally reached the gold league I was overjoyed, the next day I saw I’d been demoted back to the silver league and that’s NONSENSE, if you put that much time and effort to reach a goal it should stay yours!!! And there’s no explanation about any of that which is frustrating but I kept playing because I had almost 500 helicopters and hints and wanted to take advantage of that and then I had to go out of town because I had a death in the family and the next time I picked up the game I was no longer offered the hard and super hard levels at all and frankly, without those the came can be boring and monotonous, with no challenge at all, also it took away an opportunity for me to get my score higher, quicker and then last night I find they’ve made even more changes. I’m at the legend level now but I’m sure I’d be dropped back down if I kept the game. They no longer offer the same doable trophy option they once did so you have to play twice as long to reach a third of the score. I still have over 400 helicopters and hints but I’m done, I have a job and a life and can’t spend hours a day on a game to get a decent score. I’ve played about six levels this morning and didn’t get the score I use to reach in three levels. I hate the developers of an amazing game ruined it. I’m uninstalling.

Really liked the game, paid the $5 to buy it so I don’t get the adds. But now when I want to watch an add to get an extra something, I can’t. No extras! Bummer Up date: they fixed the glitch and I really like this game. Traffic lights and pedestrians are a nice touch. Update: now up to over level1000, still a good game, and some competition. Funny thing, if two cars collide, they go through each other. As long as they are both moving. Wouldn’t it be fun if they crashed! Lol adding more stop lights and crossing pedestrians would bring it better too. Looking forward to seeing this game get a little more challenging as I go up more levels.

Update: wonderful people, they fixed the glitches very promptly! Love this game!

Way too many ads. Thankfully most are short. Otherwise I would have given only 3 stars. It’s a great game but the ads make it impossible to truly enjoy this game.

Update: I subtracted a star because I realized that every time I played the race, it restarts before I reach the goal. I didn’t think much of it until now when I was playing and while I was close to the end was shown a screen to start the race. Whaaaat? Again, love the game but seeing too many discrepancies. Debating whether I should just nix the game. Would be a shame as it is actually a fun game to play. But the issues I’m dealing with (ads, etc.) I wonder if it’s worth keeping.

But the developers are too focused on making a ton of money right out of the gate rather than developing a solid following of gamers. Even though I paid the $7.00 to eliminate ads, it hasn’t really. While racing, they locate the icon to watch YET ANOTHER AD right in the midst of everything, so if you’re not extremely careful, you’ll end up watching an ad you paid NOT TO WATCH & lose three race to boot! THEN there’s the pop-ups wanting you to spend another $6.00 for something (coins, helicopters, etc.). So THOSE get in the way of the race as well. If I truly like a game, I actually WANT to support it monetarily so the developers can make a decent living & make great improvements to the game or launch another great game. With things as they are, I’ll more than likely delete this game because, unlike the developers, I do not have FOMO. (See what I did there? 😂) I could have been your greatest supporter. Too bad.

Fun initially, but never gets difficult so it gets boring rather quickly. The same puzzles are repeated frequently and the phony “league play” is an insult to players’ intelligence. The ad/fun ratio is pretty poor with this one because the levels never become difficult enough to take long to solve, so you spend half your time watching ads. And it’s not worth paying for because it’s the same puzzles over & over again. Would be fun if it got progressively more difficult but I can’t see this maintaining anyone’s interest over the long term. In the end it becomes more of a contest to see how many vehicles you can get moving at one time than a puzzle to be solved.

So I’ve now played over 1400 levels. The actual game is just what I want, mind numbing, repetitive gameplay. However, the game doesn’t get any harder. From level 1 until level 1400 there is little to no difficulty increase. The size of the “board” gets bigger but it doesn’t get harder. My biggest complaint… the LONG torturous ads that require multiple clicks to get back to the game. I’ve even been in the middle of gameplay and it sends me to my browser and tries to open links! I know you guys have to make money but you’ve made the game so slow it’s just not much fun anymore. And $5 for no ads? I know Bidenflation is real but come on….

Couldn’t really enjoy the game because of the adds but my daughter liked it. Only issue with that is she can’t play the game without Wi-Fi or data and she doesn’t have data or Wi-Fi all the time! So she can’t play the game while sitting somewhere unless i turn my hotspot on and that’s if i have it!

This honestly is a good game, and I’ve had it for about a month and I’ve almost made it to level 800. There are a few things that I’m annoyed with. One is being is that there are soooo many ads. Basically to the point where it’s after every level and I have to exit TrafficEscape and come back just to avoid ads and that’s super frustrating. My second problem is I feel like some of the levels are super easy and some are super hard. I feel that the levels are the same just repeated multiple times. Front get me wrong, I think some of levels get harder, but I feel like it’s unrealistic to have some levels where there are thirty cars and only thirty moves. That’s super annoying and unfair because you have to retry multiple times and sometimes I even skip the level as a whole so I don’t have to do it multiple times. Overall, it’s a great game, but the creators of the game need to change some things, LIKE THE CONSTANT ADS!

Fun game, but too many ads, especially during racing. You have to click 4-5 times between every 2 rounds to close the ads, which makes it hard to race. 30 levels is also too long of a race. It takes close to 25-27min when you count closing all the ads between rounds and playing fairly quickly. The rewards for placing in the race are minimal. It gives you a few coins and hints that I never use, so racing is basically pointless and a waste of time. I wish the ads were for bonus rewards instead of being required to play more levels. The bonus rewards available with the coins are uninteresting, it would be cool to have better skins for cars or decorations for roads, but as is, there’s no point in collecting coins. Basically it’s a good game that I play for a few rounds until I get tired of watching ads. Won’t miss it in a few more weeks when I move on to another game.

I did enjoy this game since it’s designed around completing the level within a certain number of moves rather than being timed, but it started randomly opening my internet browser to a random webpage that basically screamed “about to infect you with malware” while I was just playing the game. No pop up ad (they happen between levels) and no warning that my next move would suddenly transfer me from the game to a newly opening webpage. It did it to me several times in a row, and I gave it a break for a day or two and checked to see if there was an app update, but then when it kept doing it to me every few moves, I was like, I’m playing with fire at this point and so I deleted it. So fun set up (if a bit repetitive after you get the hang of it—I liked it bc it was so chill tbh), but it’s definitely up to something with its advertisers or some kind of malicious (or just obnoxious) coding. Maybe you won’t have these issues, so go for it if you’re interested—just make sure you’re paying attention and doing your due diligence to avoid getting hacked.

So I enjoy the game premise and find it addicting but it has a few issues. Firstly I paid for ad free, and while it helped, to get boosters and enter the challenge, you still need to watch loooong ads. Also it frequently has a pop up trying to get me to pay for coins (to spend on what?) and it always pops up over the play button so I’m constantly hitting it by accident. While it doesn’t purchase automatically, it’s annoying and wastes time especially if I am playing a challenge. Also I’ve encountered ads that I literally cannot exit out of. I have to restart the game. I’ve also watched an ad to get a booster only to have the booster not take. And sometimes the ad buttons don’t work at all, so I can’t even try to get the booster or enter the challenge.

I loved this game at first. I’d be standing in line, sitting in a waiting room, playing it. Though the ads are constant, I figured it’s free, what the heck. But then read reviews where players paid to play & still were complaining about the ads.
I love the concept of this game. 5 stars all the way. But the way you get to the top level & get randomly dropped down to the bottom of the beginning (TWICE!) is so annoying. It makes you want just delete the game. Whether I pay to play or wade through the ads, I’m investing my time & watching your ads! Minus two stars for that annoying & unexplainable glitch. Good it happened twice. It definitely makes me not pull up this one as much as I used to. We all have our favorites & this isn’t one of them anymore. There’s no challenge when you know you’re going to get past the top, just to be dropped again!

I enjoy playing this game and figuring out the traffic patterns. But why do we earn coins in this game? What can we spend them on? There are opportunities to buy more coins or win more coins, but what is the purpose? I cannot see anywhere to contact a support team and ask questions. So, if someone can answer this question, I would appreciate it. At this point I am just playing the game and working through the levels, but that’s all I can see to do here.

The game is fun. Really fun. And I understand the need for ads, as that is how you get paid. However, an ad between every game? Really?!
Sometimes I feel really lucky, and can actually play 2 whole games before an ad, but come in, this is overkill!
I want you to be paid! But this is frustrating! I’ll happily endure an ad every 3 games or so, but an ad between every single game?!? Stop it!

I’d give this 5 stars, but the plethora of ads is too annoying. Three stars then.

Played this last month and loved it. Then deleted app fir awhile. Reinstalled app and started getting ads for "my fantasy". Inappropriate and sexual app rated 17+. While I'm way older than that I think it is not appropriate for a game that has a lower age rating. Why would you allow that? Are you getting paid that much money for this ad? I was showing one of my grandkids the game and we were discussing strategy. Ad pops up with " spank her". Really?!? Again it was an ad for "my fantasy". I will be deleting your app again.

I’ve been playing this for a few days I like it but don’t like the fact that after each board you have to wait for ad before you can continue. It would be better if it had Less ads for other games that are of no interest if you can get through at least four boards before an ad. About to delete this game just because of all these ads.

I love this game. I like to play it when I’m looking to kill some time. I paid to have the ads removed and I haven’t experienced one ad so far unless I choose to watch one for additional moves.

There are a couple of downfalls to this game that I must mention. It’s very repetitious so it’s a matter of remembering how you played it before. I’m in Legend League and win consistently. However, I’ve noticed that when I’m playing the 2nd place player’s points increase 10 points at what seems like random increments. No real person would play for 10 points every few minutes. Besides, wouldn’t they also get those 25,50,100 coins every once in a while? It’s not fair for their points to keep increasing even if they’re not playing. This is why I believe that my opponents are really bots. Also we shouldn’t be dropped down in leagues once we’ve reached a higher league. There should be challenges added to make it less monotonous and unique rewards.

So I was really enjoying the game and had made it yo around level 595 when it threw to an ad - not unusual - but it was actually IN TrafficEscape Store - for poker - and I couldn’t get out of back to the game. I’d hit “done” when offered and it popped right back into the ad. Over and over and over. No little arrows in any corner. No countdown to close it. It’s not the first time an add has stuck me but never at such a high level. I just can’t live it enough to go back to zero. I’m done with the game. I’ve ditched so many enjoyable games because the add freeze. I guess they think they can force me to invest $5 or so a week to avoid the ads. If I had money I’d become a coiner in Evony the king’s return which is a REAL game. These are just an occasional break. And I won’t drop money in them. So goodbye traffic escape - just like bait and switch stupid king game and tile match 3d. Oh well.

I liked the game the way it was. Not sure about the changes that came about with the update Jan 24, 2024. They lessened the time for double points from 15 mins to 10. Added 20 levels to complete. There are challenge levels that are no longer included in the needs for the daily challenge. (so far) There are levels you have to complete to finish the daily challenge, but you have no clue which level is which. I’ll give it a chance. EDIT - JUST discovered that challenge levels are not worth anything higher than a standard level. You pay 150 or 500 coins, you should get a higher amount of trophies.. before it was 20 or 40 trophies and then x2 with the multiplier. BAD CHANGE!!

I have completed all of the challenges, and have achieved all of the trophies, and there is nothing left to do except keep playing the game - and winning the top position in the highest trophy level. I have won the highest level, first place for the last five weeks. The game is fun… BUT, I need/want challenges, something to aspire to. I’ve written to the developer stating as much, they did reply saying that they hope to add another trophy level, but unless that winning score is mega high, what’s the point? The game needs other challenges that are for mega scoring players. If you are a mega scoring player, you will reach the top fast, and wonder why you paid for a game that has no where higher to go. Developers… the ball is in your court.

I enjoy this game, but one issue I have is that the request to choose to get 2x the points for 10 minutes is off. If I choose this option, the chance to choose it again pops up with 6 to 7 minutes later. That means my previous 10 minutes was not really 10 minutes, but only 6 or 7 minutes. Plus, climbing up the steps in the Legend level is bad. I’ve gotten through all the other levels within a day’s time, but this Legend level keeps going back down and I’m constantly climbing up just to get back where I was the day before. It’s not that the game is harder, because it’s not. It’s the point system and how they’re being calculated. It’s a good thing I don’t really care about the points or the levels cause if I did, these two issues would make me delete the game.

I agree with D8isycr8zy! I loved this game when I first started playing it. I could always beat the level not like some other games where you just have to end up deleting it because you can't move forward. If I ran out of moves for something dumb on my part. I could always watch an ad and try again. Unless you can sit all day long and play the game it seems as though you can't move up through levels. I became the number one player in the gold level, but was not bumped to platinum WHY?? Then getting bumped back to position 99 because, as the other user mentioned, you had something else to do more important in life that you couldn't play the game for a couple days. That's ridiculous. I don't know any other game that demotes you from the top of one level to the bottom of the previous level. I don't really care about, the status and the races which is the only reason why I still give the game about a 3.7. The game is enjoyable and as I mentioned before, I can always beat the level which works for me. I just wanna have something for relaxation and exercising my mind.

I can understand there being an ad once in a while. But there’s no reward for choosing to watch a 30 second ad. The closest you get to a “reward” is for the boss levels. But the issue with that is even though you just watched an ad for that level, they force you to watch an ad at the end of that level. Most other free games give you a money bonus or an item for watching an ad. But this game just makes you watch the same thing over again. Other than that the game is really fun. The levels are too easy and I’m almost to level 100.

This is a good game, and I really enjoy it. I realize the need for ads, and that’s not a problem. But most ads on other apps allow you to mute the sound, but not this one. And to add insult to injury, the ads are extremely, embarrassingly loud. I don’t play this out in public because of the very, very loud ads. I’ll watch them and even listen to them if the sound level is reasonable, but this just makes me back out of TrafficEscape .

I enjoy the game. I’ve only been playing a few days and I’m up to level 1886. It can be challenging to get from silver trophy level up to the gold trophy level but it was fun. Waiting to see what level comes after the gold. I am upset though that the background choices and being able to design your car has been removed. If it isn’t returned my star rating will drop more.

I absolute LOVE this game. I purchased the no ad pack. I also spent around 20k in game coins on customizations. With the last update the custom option is gone but my coins were not replaced. Please either bring back the custom options or replace my coins. Otherwise love the game, it’s very relaxing.

Enjoy this game very much…just downloaded a few days ago. Would have gone further in the game except during certain ads (which I don’t mind) it goes to a black screen, freezes and my only option is to exit. Another ad won’t let me get out of it unless I order their game…again, I have to exit out. I lose interest in any game when I continually have to exit from the game. I’m sure developers of this game aren’t aware and certainly didn’t program their game with this issue…but a issue it is for me. I’ll keep playing until it becomes too much and then will probably delete it….which is unfortunate because I do like it.

This a fun game to play, but I find myself so irritated with getting so many ads, I quit playing. Please have less ads and a much cheaper way to eliminate them. Make sure they are really eliminated after you collect the high price to do so!

It takes lots of thought and strategy. There’s a lot of ads though. I don’t mind. HOWEVER… there is one new ad for a Tangle game, a blonde damsel in distress in a tower. When the 15 second clock counts down in the lower left corner… it stops at 1 second and the game freezes. I once wait 5 minutes for the X to appear. The only way to get back to,the game is to shut down the iPad. After restart pray you don’t get tat ad again. I’ve only see it yesterday and today…

I kept waiting for it to get harder but it just doesn’t. So that makes it almost seem pointless. I like to be challenged. I’ve never used a helicopter or booster. I paid the $5 to get rid of ads. It’s fun but I wish it were more challenging. I also don’t know what coins are used for besides challenges. I’ve read here that challenges only go up to 225. That is really disappointing. Also, it’s so obvious that the other players on the leaderboard are fake since the game never lets you choose a name.

Still giving a 4 because I am still playing it so I obviously like it. But make it more interesting! Make it more challenging! And let players have profiles and real opponents.

In general I love this game. Easy, you can pick a color for your car and I’m sure it has a lots of bells and whistles but I only play the basic.
BUT…what ticks me off are those ever annoying ads!! Sure..I can pay to have them removed but but I could use the money for something more important. So I understand that I have to deal with those pesky things! But is there ANY chance there could be done something to make less of them?? There’s one after almost every level. And not just that…you have to go through watching the beginning of the ad, then you have to click and close 4-5 windows of the same ad and if your fingers are a little chubbier then you ‘accidentally’ opened the ad and you have more windows to close:/. And just recently I started using that ‘2x rewards’ option to get more points but not only whoever is on the other side gets the option as well-which doesn’t help me to move forward faster-those darn ads are there as well..seemingly doubling up, too!! This option it only for 10 minutes and 5 of them are ‘eaten’ by the ads:/. So annoying and discouraging…. I’ve always deleted some games just for this reason and if i didn’t like this game well enough it would be gone as well.
So if there’s any improvement that would be great, if not…once I hit 1000th level (400 to go) I’m done.

I decided to write this review about 1 hour after I downloaded it. Been playing it since then. I’m on level 30 now, I think it has just about the perfect amount of difficulty. It’s a really enjoyable game! To all the others. Please only review the game itself. Don’t simply complain about ads. Ads are advertisements. Advertisements are commercials. Commercials are commerce and commerce is money. They need money to make the game so complaining about ads is just a waste of everyone’s time.

I am loving this little traffic game! If you give the developers $5 for no ads, there really aren’t any ads unless you “hit” the little pedestrian or go through a red light! I don’t play that race with other players, because you never win and that eliminates another ad. So I just play and play while I watch TV and for some reason, it seems to be a stress reliever for me. Traffic should be stressful but this definitely isn’t lol! It’s easy enough, and even if you mess up, you watch one 30 sec ad and you’re through the level. They have all kinds of cars, backgrounds, and exhausts to choose from (and spend a whopping 99 cents if you want!) The more difficult levels aren’t really that horribly hard but are definitely more fun! Great game, developers! More cars, backgrounds and exhausts please!

There is little thought involved in this game which is the perfect escape. It only gets a little harder as you advance in levels. I’m in the legend level which I believe is the top level. Once in a while I crash when I’m going too fast or hit a pedestrian. I would like to see more “extreme” and “nightmare” levels. It’s nice that you don’t have to play them if you do t feel like a challenge. They really aren’t that hard, but you have to pay attention. It might be challenging for some kids, but they might enjoy crashing the cars, flying the helicopter, or shining a light on the car to move next. Overall, I recommend it.

I love playing mind games for they’re helping my brain in a funny way.
The store try to get you to buy something which I fine purchases in order to play or move ahead in the Swiss way I give that one star and a half. I shouldn’t have to buy things in order to really play this game for fun allow me to win those things for fun but I do enjoy and help exercising my brain unhappy because my memory is really getting stronger with all these games that I’m playing that you have to use your brain your memory in order to function through them so I have to learn them every time, but it becomes not adios amigos

I am enjoying the game as a time filler. I have read some reviews saying it gets challenging and I definitely don’t feel that it does at all. I have also read reviews complaining about all the adds which I agree with but it was worth the $4.99 to me to get rid of them.

I have found a bit of a bug of sorts though now that I have played it for so long. I am at level 3265 and I have to guess that the game developers didn’t anticipate people playing to such a high level. There are only 225 challenge levels and I have beaten them all so now when I have a daily challenge to complete 2 levels in challenge mode I cannot do so.

It would be nice to see a little difficulty added to the game but I can only think of a few ways to accomplish that. Adding more lights and more pedestrians and maybe making them move quicker are a couple. Outside of that the only thing I can think of is to not allow moving vehicles to occupy the same space at the same time.

I started this game in March. My husband had been playing it for weeks and I thought it was silly. I was wrong. I tried it once on his phone and immediately downloaded it on my phone! I paid to have the ads removed, knowing full well that it only meant the level ads and not the promotional ads. I was fine with that. I am now at level 18,304! The only thing that concerns me at this point is that FOMO will not have levels past 20,000! I have over 1300 airplanes and 1300 hints. I attempt to do my daily tasks without using them even when they are required. I can do a race and win by a minimum of 15 levels now. When I started, I would be in last place. With the level that I am at now, I have medium, hard and super hard levels more often. I LOVE the challenge!! Thank you for an AWESOME GAME FOMO!!!💙💙

This is my second review but I needed to tell everyone that this game, is a must get! I don’t know what other people are seeing, but the only ad I see is the on hen I get out of the game! I have not seen one ad while playing! Unlike other games who, quite literally have an ad every two minutes! So you know what I had to do right, I uninstalled so fast that Junes head was spinning! Sorry I hope that was ok?
Anyway, please get this game, you won’t be sorry. As for the people who see a lot of ads, I was wondering if they might be playing a later, or early version of the game.
So in closing, I love this game and will enjoy it for some time.

I love this game, so the 5 stars are genuine. I have been playing for several months, and it has been y favorite form of stress relief. However, lately something’s changed. If you’re not perfect, you won’t like this game. It used to be different, but now, if you have 18 cars to move, you get 18 moves. No room for mistakes, not even one. Also, several times, I have been playing, having made no mistakes, and all of a sudden it says “no more moves”! Then I have had to watch between 75-90 seconds of ads before returning to the game, which is really bad when you’re racing someone for first place. Now I find myself playing less and less, because these glitches are so frustrating! I tried to report this, but couldn’t find any way to do so, not even through settings. I’ll be back when these problems are fixed!

It’s easy to play. You will figure it out in 1 or 2 levels. So far I’ve completed something over 1,000 levels. It takes me a matter of 30 seconds or less to complete most levels. The bad part is there is an ad after each level that takes about as long to watch as it does to complete a level. I broke down and paid the fee to remove ads, which was money well spent. Now, all my time is spent playing. You have to keep your head in the game, however. You are given enough moves so you can crash once or twice, except in the hard levels, in which you have exactly the number of moves as cars on the board. And, don’t be running red lights or hitting pedestrians. I recommend this game if you are looking for a challenging yet easy game to play.

Ok. I expected ads. But this is way over the top. Second, I am prepared to watch a certain quantity, but couldn’t you at least swap them for new ads after I have watched the same one 50 times and said ‘NO’ each time??? Haven’t I sent a clear enough message that I am not interested??? At least if you’re going to make me watch them, circulate new ones frequently. Third, I don’t understand why I should be motivated to spend $5 to remove ads, when that only removes a minority fraction? What’s in it for me?
For new customers, I found this game to be fairly easy thus far (still in Bronze category), with just enough ‘gotcha’ to make me smile at my own carelessness. So it’s fun and a pleasant distraction, without becoming a burden. Too many other games out there want to make me work hard. That’s not why I play. I want to relax, be pleasantly entertained, and temporarily distracted from the challenges in Life. I work hard enough as it is in reality. This game fits the bill, for now.

I love this game, have been playing for months. But this morning I don’t know what prompted it, but the game was interrupted by one of the most annoying ids I’ve ever seen. It was a Christmas ad and it burst into the game with some of the loudest bells and music. I keep my phone on mute while I play games while the rest of my family is sleeping. Thus time the silent mode was bypassed and there was nowhere on the ad to silence it. I finally had to delete TrafficEscape to silence it. I miss my game, but I’m not returning till that ad is GONE.

I spent the $4.99 to remove ads and enjoy every penny spent. I don’t think the competition is real people but have enjoyed the game overall despite this suspicion. I’m on level 859 so I’ve put in some time before writing a review. If you aren’t willing or able to spend the $4.99 then you will most likely get annoyed (understatement) with the amount and frequency of the ads.

When you can clear a level in 20 seconds but have to endure ads that promise the moon and give you nothing but wasted time, it’s time to delete TrafficEscape . You can go broke by being nickeled and dimed too. When you can’t watch a video on You Tube without multiple interruptions or play a little game without dragging it out way past the time you want to play, the internet is dead. As simple as this is I find myself going back over and over to play. You’d think it would be boring but as you average up, it’s actually not. I realize you must make money but all the ads are a bit much, other that than that it’s a great little game.
