Hi I’ve been charged for a subscription I cancelled months ago (and even removed my expired payment method) — I need assistance as you have somehow re-added and charged me $199 for a product I haven’t used in 6 months and have no intention of using because it is not useful to me. The original email attached to the account no longer exists as I do not work with that company (deleted May 2025) — the account was associated with “ibailey@redacted” and you charged me $199 at 2:45am on April 9.
