Cannot Print Anything

I bought two cartridges for my printer color and a black-and-white envy printer. I printed on March 17, 2023 a few documents didn’t use it again or try to use it. I should say until a couple months ago I couldn’t print anything again. They were brand new cartridges. Today I’m trying to print again. I need to print a shipping label. I feel like I was strong, armed into doing their trial program for three days because nothing would print out of my printer. I purchased more ink. I put a new color ink in my printer. I received a test page in color of one color only showing on the page blue. Even agreeing for a three day trial I still cannot print anything from my printer. I get blank pages coming out. This is ridiculous. I feel scammed on a fixed income, horrible experience. I loved my printer until they decided that I had to pay. To use it that’s wrong. Somebody help me figure out why Company chooses to take advantage of people on fixed incomes. Important to take our money and not have the product work.

The whole point of this app is to print things and it tricks you into think that it’s free. Every single feature is locked behind a 10 dollar/month paywall. Complete scam, delete the app, find something that can do the same for free. It would be a 0/5 if I could because they are money hungry pigs.

Totally unusable unless you are willing to pay a ridiculously high WEEKLY fee. Tried to use it. Deleted almost immediately.
