I want a refund

This app is addictive but the developers are money hungry. I paid for the app to be add free for 5.99. Why am I still seeing ads in this app. Please give me my money back. This has been a dishonest means to get money. Thank you for your assistance. The developer answered my request acknowledging that all ads are not removed at certain times. They are well aware of the false advertising they are doing. In their response they said nothing about my getting a refund. Games should not be allowed to advertise they have ad-free version when the truth is they don’t. Apple needs to do a better job vetting “fake games” unless they are complicit with the lies being told for more revenue. I still want a refund for the ad-free version that is not ad-free. Tell me when I will get my money back.

What gives? You “upgraded” the game this morning, and suddenly everything got ten times harder… the in-game ship upgrades got (way) more expensive… the only thing that wasn’t upgraded was our ships and/or our weapons to keep pace with the way we’re now shot at…
It’s a shame, as I really enjoyed the first 350 levels, prior to this upgrade— now you’ve taken that enjoyment away— what was once a nice, casual game has become too challenging, and I’m on the verge of deleting it— I’ve spent “real” money on your game as well. Not happy at all.

This dev apparently does not want people who enjoy this game to actually keep playing this game. There was, until the latest update, an option to keep playing after dying by way of paying game coins (100 first pass, 200 next, 400, 800 and I think it topped out at 1600), which is now gone entirely. If you want to play on, regardless of coins you paid for, you have to watch ads.
Am very close to ending my time with this game, as fun as it is, mechanically, the devs have it on a death spiral.
