I have paid a vip for a week. Have not even watched an episodes and I have to pay again! I did not even finish watching the mini series I started when I bought the week vip. I want my money back!
I purchased a month's access to the Moboreels app to watch the series and was charged $55. However, to my surprise, I am unable to finish a particular series I am watching, much less watch another series to the end. Please kindly clarify these issues thanks I await your response.
I saw an advertisement on facebook and I watched the reels from Facebook then I was directed to the app I didn’t subscribe or anything and I have been debited close to 150k naira

I bought a monthly subscription I estates watch movies when I went to leave a comment it sent to create account so I changed the name added a password but it wouldnt let me add my email address. I signed out and when I went to sign back in it said it didn't see my account. I didn't use Facebook or Google to sign-up so I created a new account but my monthly subscription is connected to my lost account can yall add it to the new account if I provide I bought it. Should I delete old subscription and get a new one. If I do will I get a refund for the previous subscription?

Firstly I’ll say the reel that brought me here was “Love arrives late” I actually was enjoying it and wanted to watch more but 40 episodes in and I’ve already spent $25. That’s more than I pay for my regular apps, which I can watch anything, anytime at an unlimited amount for one price. Then y’all don’t give details about the series, the amount of episodes or the amount of coins per episode. And it seems like the further you get into the series, the more coins you take, because I definitely should’ve got to see more than 40 episodes.
So far you’ve got very low ratings and it’s pretty much the same complaint. My suggestion is, you set up a monthly subscription option. Honestly if you had that I would be more inclined to stay as a customer but until then, I’ll stick to Viki for all my dramas. Thanks anyways

They scammed me out of 100 dollars in the span of a day and refuse to do a refund I’ve contacted apple and they can’t do anything.. so I downloaded this app from a advertisement on Facebook didn’t think anything of it started watching it and then it charged me 19 and then charged me 39 , immediately when I seen it charge I went to my subscription and cancelled it immediately and deleted the app requested a refund with apple and they refused it . So I downloaded the app again to see if I could request it from inside the app and as soon as I got into my act they charged 59 dollars and now ive had to cancel my card because they obviously have my card on file and are charging it without my knowledge of it ….. wrong all around . I will be getting a lawyer for this because I want my money back .. not like they took 2 dollars they took a hundred worst experience ever .

Can’t skip no only titles but can’t tell what the story is about and freeze up and still take your money … don’t know how much things cost I could go on about all the crazy stuff y’all need to fix this and not just try and scam people out of money you’ll have long term success with customers if you did so
