I bought a monthly subscription I estates watch movies when I went to leave a comment it sent to create account so I changed the name added a password but it wouldnt let me add my email address. I signed out and when I went to sign back in it said it didn't see my account. I didn't use Facebook or Google to sign-up so I created a new account but my monthly subscription is connected to my lost account can yall add it to the new account if I provide I bought it. I spend over $80 on this app. 1 for a VIP for a whole month and the other is to collect points. I’m collecting points each day to have it accumulate but when I went back to check, it’s all gone! The VIP subscription I get 1 month to watch every videos on the app. So why is it still taking away my points when it’s free? It makes no sense!
