This game was fun until the game froze on level 113. And I messaged support and received no response in over a week.

Can’t pass this level. I’m about to delete it after almost a week of trying.

Quit because of the ridiculous heater introduced at level 20. All these types of games have this element but it’s just too challenging with this brand’s version. Decreases patience way TOO fast.

Also, you can tell Asians made this because their awareness of western culture and English language is a joke. The Black characters are just offensive.

Nah this is an ad wall hiding behind a plethora of game style approaches as well as a preset system in place for game development that only hinders your gameplay purposefully to the extent it wants you to spend money within minutes of gameplay. Addicts of pay to play you have been warned. We know you are an easy target for p2p games so stay clear!

Well completed World Map 1 and contacted customer service and they told me to wait a month. Literally six months later and there is still no new hospitals. Stop adding events and add maps

I liked this game so much that I completed all of the hospitals. So now I can only play in endless mode and it’s absolutely impossible. And if you do happen to win a level in endless mode you get <100 coins, even if you earn >900 in the level. WTH??

The hospital I was on is now completely bright pink on every screen and so there is no way to progress. I contacted support and they asked for pictures and I sent them and they said to do something with Facebook, but my game isn’t connected to Facebook because I don’t have one. I’ve now been waiting a week with zero response back from support after telling them that. I followed up again and still nothing. Just know you’ll probably hit a point where you can’t progress whatsoever in a hospital’s levels.

I’ve been waiting for the next level to open. Hospital after Dubai has coming soon for months… I have updated HappyDoctor and it’s still coming soon. Waste

Played only 4 or 5 days. Love it but have finished the 1st 2 hospitals. It states 3rd one is coming soon. Wondering when?

The amount of coins earned should be more than $100-$300. Upgrades cost $1k+ so you have to play multiple times to get enough coins for 1 upgrade but by the time you get enough and upgrade the level difficulty has already gone up for the doctors or some part of the game so it’s hard to keep up. Second there should be an option to watch ads to double coins after every level especially since it’s hard enough to get enough coins for an upgrade after each level. Lastly, after moving on to the next hospital, you have the option to go back to play the previous hospital. Why is it when you do, you can only earn $60-$70? This is way less than the original play of level gave you and how are you supposed to earn enough to continue to upgrade in that previous hospital. Overall, I like the game. I just wish we were able to earn a bit more coins than now. Daily rewards and the 11 add watch are great to get extra coins and gems but still not nearly enough in combination with the little we earn after each level to keep up with upgrades. This is why I rate the game as a 3.5.

Addictive, graphics could be better and don’t like the ads but game is great!

Awesome gameplay to play at the end of the day when you just wanna unwind. Playing this game also reminds me of my mother who passed away in 2013 because she was a nurse. Too bad I’m not able to make the nurse resemble my mother. that will be a great feature.

I really like this game. I am a huge fan of Happy Clinic. Not so much of the ASMR stuff tho. The graphics are great and the gameplay is good only problem is the “stop” option doesn’t work. Really nice upgrade from the other clinic games. Would be nice to change/ style the nurse. Would give 5 ⭐️ for that!
