Easy enough but images weren’t usable.

I used to transfer to a windows PC. The images were saved and I could open them up in windows Photos, but I could not edit them or resave them for some reason. Additionally they were not recognized as valid images in the web app I was trying to upload them to. I was able to use an online converter tool and make it into a png that I could use.

I don’t think I’ve written a review for an app in 15 years but this one deserves it.
Couldn’t convert one photo even after I paid for the app.
Right away you’re bombarded with the $4.99 one time purchase.. no option to demo.. ok whatever sure I’ll pay it.
Once they have your money that’s it. Every time I try and convert HEIC to JPG the app just crashes once it’s done.
Tried to do it using files from a shared folder.. nope just gets stuck in a loop and never converts.
Was never able to convert one single photo with this app.
Absolute junk that I can’t imagine they even tested.
Want my $5 back. What a waste.

It did what it was supposed to, I had a bunch of HEIC files I needed to be jpeg and it DID convert them BUT it corrupted the files so I couldn’t use them anyway. On top of that the app kept shutting down and making me start over. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
