Urgent Support Request – Subscription Paid but Service Unavailable Dear Support Team, I purchased a subscription for $288 on July 15, 2025, but I have been unable to use the video generation feature included in the service. Each time I attempt to generate a video, the system prompts me to pay for a new subscription, despite the fact that my account should already have active access. I have attempted to contact support multiple times without receiving a response, which has been extremely frustrating. Given that I have not been able to use the video tool since July 2025, I kindly request: Immediate restoration of access to the service associated with my paid subscription. An extension of my subscription period to compensate for the months during which the service was unavailable to me. Please review my account and resolve this issue as soon as possible. I would appreciate confirmation once my access has been restored. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

paid for the annual subscription thinking I could get unlimited animations. They give you 1600 coins to start with which I thought was more than enough to do many animations. What they don't tell you is that animations cost 400 coins each.
This basically means you can do four animations for $30. What a rip off. I do not recommend this app at all. Avoid at all cost.

It charged me 30 bucks after canceling from trying out just two videos and getting opposite of what the app said I would be getting. I did not get what I paid for and did not get my money‘a worth at all. Terrible app. Worst app ever. Worst AI app ever. SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! 30 dollars for an app that doesn’t work right?? Really??? Definitely do not try this app.

I uploaded a photo to turn it into a video AI. But unfortunately my photo would disappear and their own picture would show. I tried multiple times with different photos. It didn’t work for me.
