I got a premium account 2 weeks ago but it doesn't work and I can't connect any servers.

Often log out. Now this annoying app doesn’t even let me to log in

5 seconds of working and it’s just turning off. And I actually spend money on that)

I can't login into my paid account on macbook. I've always struggled with authorization, because VPNSatoshi never remembered me. But today it doesn't allow me to login at all.

Doesn't even remember my account, have to log into it every time I launch VPNSatoshi . The menu bar popup is wonky, sometimes it blocks the OS password prompt so I need to click on it a few times to be able to log in. Tried to connect to 2 different servers, it said connected but there was just no internet at all. Surprisingly wonky and half-baked on mac OS.

This VPN has a very low data transfer speed. Completely disappointed, I don't recommend it.

1st it was registering with email account for an extra 20 GB, it was not much but at least all the servers were working wonderfully, but then it kept logging out, servers don’t refresh, if it connects it doesn’t work, now with ads I can’t even say if it’s limitless or still have a certain gb limit cuz each time it works differently!

This is awesome for a free VPN. It works alright in a certain country that blocks most of the internet.

However, it can be quite unreliable at times— connection may not be secure and webpages may require several refreshes to load. Audio and video rarely loads.

Additionally, sometimes, no matter which country I choose, it puts me on the Russian server in the backend. Pages end up loading the Russian versions. Doesn’t matter if I’ve selected Germany, Austria, Spain, Portugal…always ends up on the Russian server. I sent feedback about this months ago and never got a reply. Still not fixed.

VPNSatoshi used to be the best before an update.
Right after an update it started lagging, it's just not connecting. Since the countries choosing page moved to another page, it's not loading that page and I had to move on and find another app

It used to be my favorite free VPN, the developers seemed to care about people, no ads, nothing, it pleased and distinguished them from other developers. After the update, they decided to add advertising, a trifle, but the feeling is not the same from use. Okay, I continue to use VPNSatoshi now, but it annoys me that sometimes even ads can't load properly, and VPN won't work without ads

Hardly faultless！Just some websites show that "The connection was terminated unexpectedly". Maybe some servers in Asia would help

I paid for VPN via the Yukassa service with a card. It is noteworthy that it is written that you can cancel the subscription at any time through the VPN Satoshi support. This is the most incompetent and unprofessional support service that I have encountered. They sent me a procedure for canceling a subscription that does not indicate the real capabilities of the application. I have to write to the bank's support service, and then to the support service of various services with which card payments are made in VPN Satoshi. The response service told me that you can cancel the subscription only through the VPN Satoshi support service, they should have all the payment receipts that they need from me. I have never seen such a useless support service. I hope that I managed to cancel the subscription, but this will only be clear in a month, because they do not provide any data, they only rely on their word.

Кусок говна, в течение суток отваливается из раза в раз... Понимаю, что могут быть проблемы, тяжёлое время... и всё такое Но отношение к пользователям никакое, поддержка медленная, отвечает долго и нужно заполнить кучу информации, чтобы получить помощь Про рефанд можно забыть)) Частая практика у таких сервисов - есть сбои, мы вам компенсируем дни подписки, тут писю можете пососать НЕ ВЗДУМАЙТЕ ОПЛАЧИВАТЬ ГОДОВУЮ ПОДПИСКУ Сегодня сервис может работать, завтра и послезавтра - нет В общем, как я много раз не ленился заполнять все пункты, чтобы обратиться в поддержку и не получить никакой стоящей помощи. Так и не поленюсь пройтись по сети, оставить свои отзывы, чтобы люди подумали перед выбором в сторону Сатоши К сожалению, сейчас дела обстоят именно так @imalexgo
