To Viva One Support, I am writing to demand an immediate and full refund for the subscription fee charged to my account on June 11th 2026. I reactivated my subscription solely based on your widely publicised and official release date for AMNSE Book 2 Part 2 on June 11th. Pulling the content at the absolute last minute without updating your payment gateway or warning returning users is a blatant bait-and-switch. Charging customers for content that is not even available on your platform is completely unacceptable. I have already cancelled my subscription, and I expect and full reversal of this month's charge immediately. If this is not resolved promptly, I will be escalating this consumer dispute for misleading advertising. Ensure this refund is processed back to my account by the end of the month.

My viva one is not working not in service in your region

Hello there ,im from India I love watching your dramas especially ang mutya ng section e but lately I'm very disappointed that I pay for a particular app to watch certain things, it's actually fine with subtitles but I'm upset u guys wasn't able to cooperate with that as well episode 6 of the drama is not available with subtitles and it's really disappointing especially when I was so excited about it didn't wanted to cause u a problem but my issue is a serious concern as we love watching your shows specifically from India, with love and respect...

Hi Team Viva One, I’m writing to report an issue with subtitles on the Viva One app and website. The subtitle option does not appear or work for the programme I’m watching. I have checked this on both my iPhone and my computer, and the issue is the same on both devices. I have updated the app, checked my device settings, but subtitles still do not appear. This makes it difficult to follow the content, and I rely on subtitles when watching. Could you please look into this issue and confirm whether subtitles are available for Ang mutya section e season 2 I would appreciate it if your technical team could fix this as soon as possible. I also want to highlight that there are many fans of this show who watch from outside the Philippines, and a lot of us are disappointed because the episodes are difficult to follow without subtitles. It would be greatly appreciated if you could fix this issue for your international audience. This show is releasing after such a long gap since the first season, and everyone was excited for Season 2. But without subtitles, it’s been disappointing for viewers who have been waiting patiently.

I cant view any of your shows in viva one, i already have subscription and google mail alreadt deducted 99 on the my gcash account. Why is it that im still not subscribed. Please fix this
