I paid the lifetime IAP. However, BernardAI does not “remember” this. So, every time I reopen BernardAI , I will get the purchase page, and will have to restore my purchase for BernardAI to work again.

That's what happened on my very first question after downloading BernardAI , "Server Too Busy, Too Many Requests". So I tried again and again over the next few minutes and got the same error message. That's definitely not good business when you pay for an App that does not deliver! I shouldn't have to wait, BernardAI should respond with an answer, not require me to wait and wait and wait and w.......! Dang!

It generates image but you can’t export or share. U can only delete. Their feedback page takes u to a notion page with no input area. Why will I buy something and can’t use or feedback the developer☹️?

Please fix BernardAI ASAP! It crashes. Constantly. If you barely start typing a prompt, all of a sudden the whole app will crash. And when you reopen it, it doesn’t have a history of what you were typing which is maddening. Having to type over and over again a simple prompt because it keeps crashing.

And it’s not my phone, have an iPhone 13 Pro up to date, reset network settings, cleared cache etc. deleted BernardAI and reinstalled it. Nothing works.

Very frustrating. A very unstable app. Please fix this! Thank you

I've been using BernardAI for a few months now, since it was new, actually. It is hands down my go-to AI app.

It was fantastic at the price I paid, and this developer keeps adding more features to make that purchase price even more valuable.

Recently, two new AI models were added, bringing the total to NINE. The other AI apps I've used have, at most, three models, with just one being the most frequently offered.

Right now, there is an influx of new users bogging things down a little. **Be patient.** This developer is worth the hiccup.

BernardAI has been awesome. I’ve been using it for about a month now and it does not disappoint. I’m so glad I got the lifetime subscription. I highly recommend everyone take advantage of BernardAI. I’m very excited that they added Claude to their list of LLMs.

BernardAI literally has everything I needed from AI chatbot and I’m amazed with the results of it. Keep it up because you guys are doing well. I’m expecting to see more new updates soon. Thanks!

I initially had some issues with this program, but the developer has since reached out to me and resolved the issues. Over all this is a very nice program with numerous options.

One of the best AI chat apps. It’s fast, has support for many models, is continually updated/supported, and is priced well! 5 stars! Hope Genius AI stays around for the long term.

I’ve downloaded a million of these AI apps to date. However, this one is different. The sheer amount of tools and info accessible through BernardAI really is amazing! This is one that I will not be deleting and forgetting. If you’re looking for an AI app that is head and shoulders above the rest, give this one a spin!!

I feel intuitively and gravitationally inclined to explore the ADHD buddy, and it has not let me down one bit

BernardAI is excellent, but there are some minor errors that I hope you can fix. For example, BernardAI crashes most of the time, and also, writing in Arabic is fragmented with letters separated by some AI tools. I hope you can correct these mistakes, and thank you for your understanding.

Easy app to work with. I like that it's not cluttered like a lot of other AI apps. Stable, fast, easy-to-use!
