First, I wish I had known VideoSaverPROPlayer was owned by Google otherwise I wouldn’t have bought it. So aside from allowing Google to breach my privacy which is all they do, VideoSaverPROPlayer does not save your downloads past 24 hours AND you are so inundated with ads, you can’t watch a 10 minute clip without a commercial every two minutes or so, sometimes coming on “mid-sentence” during the real clip. So I paid for premium and no ads. Guess what? Still got ads. Porn star-lookalikes advertising erectile dysfunction is now EVERY ad! So if you want to pay for an app that advertises paying for no ads, but you really want to see these ED ads continually, then THIS is VideoSaverPROPlayer for you!

If you want an app where you pay for something and you actually get what you pay for, than this is NOT for you. This company is a FRAUD. They take your money and you get NOTHING!

App won’t let you download videos anymore. Unless Premium allows it. I gotta say, in this increasingly worsening economy, I can’t afford a subscription for every ridiculous app and its features. Would have vastly preferred an ad-supported app that allows you to simply save videos to your gallery.

That’s fine, though. I found a much better free alternative. VideoSaverPROPlayer’s legacy is already decided. Into the dustbin of history you go.

I am a loyal user of the original app, and I still use it for listening to music i download. However, since I haven’t been able to download anything on it recently, I decided to try using the newer app. The newer app doesn’t work like the original, in fact it makes the audio of the videos i download quite jarring. It randomly changes the volume 1 to 7 times throughout the whole video and makes it unpleasant to watch/listen to anything I download. Please fix this problem guys 😭

Good app but limited free downloads. I paid for premium on the previous app, and I think it’s a tad unfair to have to pay for premium on this one too.

I purchased the old video saver app before it was removed from the store, it worked fine until a week ago then I was forced to buy VideoSaverPROPlayer. Why i had to buy both is a mystery to me. Now i cant figure out how to get all the videos from the old app to the new one.

This video downloaded is great. Unfortunately I downloaded it and when it updated it tried to force me to purchase it again. I’m not paying another $5

VideoSaverPROPlayer works great! Use it to save frequently used work videos when I’m in a low or no signal area. Great for saving files and videos for day to day tasks or favorite recipes! Only issue, I purchased the unlimited version on a previous phone with the same Apple ID and it didn’t transfer. Otherwise, great app.

I love VideoSaverPROPlayer. But recently there’s one particular source where trying to download videos brings back an error -3006. Been an issue for a few weeks now. But otherwise a phenomenal app.

You should give the user maybe 10 credits at first, that way they know exactly how VideoSaverPROPlayer works. But also, could you PLEASE add the option to download MP3 files? That would make VideoSaverPROPlayer so much better. Great job!

I can’t download Andy videos on any website. When I go to press video to download it does not work.

Not able to download in 720p but works with others. I’m ok with that personally.

(UPDATE) wrote the review below about three days ago. Don’t know what happened, but it started working today. Took the rating from 1 to 5 stars. Works great now. Still not happy about having to buy there new app when I had already bought the old one, but I can live with it. As long as it doesn’t happen again.

On YT keeps coming back with (media file unavailable. Please try again). Ok it use to work. What changed. Would give it 5 stars but hasn’t worked on YT in the past week. Bought add free, which was supposed to work from now on except they no longer support it so they came up with another version which I also bought and now it doesn’t work I will not be buying a third version, VideoSaverPROPlayer used to be good but like so many developers and companies they screwed it up.

VideoSaverPROPlayer works just as advertised and better. On top of that, whenever there’s issue with VideoSaverPROPlayer , they work fast to fix it. They even responded to my feedback once, asking me what the problem was exactly. Really shows their dedication.

VideoSaverPROPlayer does what it says! The developer is also very responsive with any issues that you might have. The best thing is that they continue to provide solid updates/features continuously. I purchased the premium features and they are more than worth it.

I’d like to suggest adding a new section to VideoSaverPROPlayer called ‘Access to Important and Useful Websites,’ where users can add 4 to 5 essential websites for quick access. If that’s not possible, please consider making some changes to VideoSaverPROPlayer ’s bookmark section. For instance, allowing users to rearrange their bookmarks would be a great improvement.”

Had the original one they released. gotta say though I really like the new features this one has… the media library has improved, and the added incognito mode is super helpful! Ran into some issues with getting my old subscription activated… but they sorted it out after I emailed them, 10/10 app and customer service :)

UPDATED REVIEW: the developers reached out and i was able to resort my premium access. a bit of a hassle, but VideoSaverPROPlayer works well!

i had the pro version of the older app and i loved it, but i've reached out to the developers multiple times through the in app feedback link to request pro access for this version, as they've stopped service on their older app and have not received a response. i wouldn't recommend putting any $ into VideoSaverPROPlayer.

VideoSaverPROPlayer will let you download videos from most websites. I still have the original version which was pulled from the AppStore due to their policies. I’m glad to see that Apple has changed their minds and allowed it back (for the time being). So get it while you can! The original version and this version have a problem with Rumble videos. The original version used to work and then something with Rumble was changed. The video will download, but the downloaded file won’t play. I hope that they can fix this. Otherwise this is a must have app if you want to download and archive your favorite videos.

Is there a possibility to add the ability to file share with iTunes to download saved videos to my computer? I can do it with a USB drive connected to my phone using the Files app.

The old app and eventually a pop up ad from the developer will tell you how to get the new app for free. VideoSaverPROPlayer Store took down the old app. So it’s a pretty stand up thing for the developers to continue to support their original customers. They didn’t have to do that. It’s prob the best app I’ve used. All the other ones let you use it for a couple mins and want you to pay them weekly. VideoSaverPROPlayer is very reasonable & works as described. Don’t waste your time with those other grifter apps.

So I uninstalled VideoSaverPROPlayer . And re installed it there’s new summary option but no option to download the video like. It worked. Before I uninstalled I have premium and have everything but no download option. On videos do I have to enable it somewhere ?
