Downloaded SmartPrinterApp to see if I could use it to print a 4x6 photo and you can’t even print anything without having to but the subscription the only way to try it free is to subscribe to SmartPrinterApp and have to remember to cancel the subscription if you don’t like SmartPrinterApp .

WARNING: Even if you cancel during trial (I cancelled immediately because it was worthless), they will continue to BILL YOU on Apple. I just now discovered these thieves have taken me for about $70!

It doesn’t even work on the printer setting in front of me, an HP envy. Followed all instructions. But there’s really no instructions. Cancelled it almost immediately.

What a fiasco SmartPrinterApp is. Plus they don’t even know it day how to remove the subscription. Had to Google it. Don’t bother with it. It’s not needed and is a plot to take your money and data.

SmartPrinterApp charges 9.99 a week to print?! That is insane, I’ll just print from my computer, this seems like a money grab as there are plenty of free apps that do all that this claims to. And I am very suspicious of all the positive reviews that don’t mention the high cost. This is app is getting deleted as soon as I finish typing this review

So I downloaded SmartPrinterApp by mistake thinking it was an app that controls my printer. I download it it makes me sign up for a subscription, doesn’t use SmartPrinterApp again. Ok tell me why it says I have to pay $9.99 now for it, i cant download ANY APPS or anything until this is delt with. I contact apple they told me to contact them to remove that so I don’t have to have that error again. I cant contact them because idk the email to contact them with because I can’t download SmartPrinterApp again, my banking aswell says I have to contact them because it has insufficient FUND on my account because I am only a minor. I DONT HAVE money. So why are u trying to make me pay $9.99 for something I didn’t use. Give my my. Cancel subscription for this bc i already tried cancelling it in SmartPrinterApp Store subscription and when I went to my purchase history it says I have to renew this app.

Was having issues getting my iPhone to print a whole image and SmartPrinterApp was suggested. No way will I be dumb enough to pay weekly to print. I’ll just go back to using my computer. Such a rip off. 1 star. Would of given 0 if I could. :-) keep your money people!

Download SmartPrinterApp for the advanced options and to scale and they do not come up when trying to print from a file. Frustrating.

Previous home printers have attached automatically via wifi. After an hour I have linked only my phone to the printer.
The screen is tiny close to unreadable.
You can only load a couple of pieces of paper and they tend to load crookedly.
My desire to not have a unit that used printer cartridges has not been rewarded.
Back to Best Buy for this one!

I set this up weeks ago and now that it’s 3 am SmartPrinterApp was responding and needed to be set up. Amazed to understand how it was working from various apps nut not the one that needed help. Hope this doesn’t continue.
As weeks have gone by I have been able to fix all my techie problems when setting up the smart app. Just be aware if you change providers and equipment it might take time. Whoever told me to take my gateway/modem home plug it into the wall socket and follow the instructions and it will all work. Not true but if your patient finally everything including the smart printer works. However I discovered once the main problem was fixed I no longer needed the smart app., so yes I cancelled the smart printer and added back the one that had a couple other features that the smart didn’t automatically convert. So my word to the wise if you convert to 5G make sure you live in a 5G area because the support available for making changes could definitely be better or just available.

I am very pleased with this printer. The one I had before was HP but it did not show the pictures as sharp as this one. This is very good quality pictures. I’ve also printed other things on paper and they come out sharp so I would recommend this printer to anybody

I don’t have WiFi at home and use a hotspot. My brother printer refused to connect to my phone through its app, until I found SmartPrinterApp! It connected to the printer immediately, it’s very easy to use and install, and even with the free subscription lets me print all of my files, emails and web pages. Totally recommend!

I love the fact that I can have SmartPrinterApp on my phone and print documents directly from it without the need for my laptop. Sometimes, you need quick prints, and this is it. You can print directly from your email, a picture from your gallery, or notes from SmartPrinterApp and create them without using other tools. I can’t say this enough—it's a lifesaver! Would definitely recommend!
