How to fix Joy Slime app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Joy Slime app on iPhone
Update Joy Slime app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Joy Slime iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Joy Slime on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Joy Slime network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Joy Slime Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Joy Slime not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Joy Slime App
1. On android, goto Settings » Joy Slime » click [Force Stop]

Update Joy Slime to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Joy Slime App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Joy Slime » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Joy Slime.

Fix Joy Slime unable to contact server/ Joy Slime internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Joy Slime » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Joy Slime » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
