5 Most reported problems 😔💔
A new issue arouse this month I want to withdraw 5$ to my external cheelee wallet and I was charged me 4$ for withdrawal. Though it keeps on popping a message that transaction fee are temporarily increased due to suspicious activity, kindly contact support Pls I need help to resolve this
I tried several times to buy glasses and case but the payment is being declined all the time. I also tried to contact support but they don't answer. I really enjoyed and I want to be a part of it.
Can’t upgrade my first glass fix it

I was able to upgrade the glass but after the update now I can’t upgrade it. It says “Failed to get terms” which terms I have been using the app with no problem but now can’t upgrade the starter glass you guys gave up man fix it. In all it’s a cool app and I wish to be a Long member so please fix it.
App is not bad but…

The app is decent for what it does, but right now I’m having issues with some balance that disappeared from my internal and external wallets and they should be answering in minutes but I have been all day trying to fix it but customer support doesn’t respond for over 8 to 9 hours it’s kind of frustrating.
Interesting Concept

The app is an interesting concept, a cross between survey apps that pay for completed surveys and Tiktok. Cheelee aligns well with the younger target audience, however, the overall app can be made more seamless: it is not quite as advance in terms of UX design as Tiktok or other content websites/apps currently. I see a positive future if Cheelee can find a way to connect better with audience and gather more unique content creation!
