First of all, I can’t even have a widget on my iPad unless I have premium and honestly I’m not wasting my money for that I’d like if you can have a widget for free because I got the game for widget so I would like if you can make it free because it’s not really fair and I know you’re just in it for the money play most of these people responding probably wanted the widget and wasted the money for premium here. I am not doing that. I’m saving my money for stuff. I literally want to go use.

I have TikTok and I’ve been seeing pixel pets in other versions of it all over TikTok and this is the one that I saw it was the most viral when I clicked on it it showed me that you could have a little pixel pet that runs around on your phone plays eat and also is next to the charging bar but none of that has happened so far and I tweak with it and I played with it and I haven’t gotten anything to show up. It’s such a shame because I would love this game and I would’ve probably paid money if it was better because the Pixel Pets looks so cute and I wish it would’ve worked but that is why I think PixelPets is a scam and that is why ImI do not really recommend downloading it because j feel like I was scammed and I would never want this to happend to anyone else bc I was super sad and I would absolutely hate this to happen again.

It’s cute but not worth it. No good for those who don’t participate in Christianity. It displays ‘verse of the day’ with religious quotes but dosent allow an option to turn off that feature. As someone with religious trauma this is extremely off putting even more so with a price put on the game to unlock majority of features. Such as widgets which was the whole point? There is no way to earn coins in PixelPets. The only way to unlock widgets, pets, toys, backgrounds, etc is to pay.

I cannot use the widgets without being prompted to buy things, nor will the live action widgets work. I've an Iphone as intended and everything matches up, but I can't use anything. My cat only walks around the little bar at the bottom in-app and not outside other apps which is really disappointing. I wanted a cat to walk around on the little bar but it only does it in-app.

i got PixelPets to put a frog on my lock screen as advertised and i payed the $10 but there is no option to add to lock screen. i long pressed but PixelPets does not show up as an option for lock screen widgets. their competitor app does show up as an option so it’s not my phone. i have a new phone with the most recent update so i’ve ruled out everything on my end, i believe it’s a problem with PixelPets . i’m disappointed because that’s a lot of money to pay for something that’s not as advertised :(

When I downloaded PixelPets I thought I would be able to add it to my Lock Screen and Home Screen. But I couldn’t. All these reviews are bots and are fake. You have to pay for everything, you can’t feed the pets and you can only choose between two animals. It’s a fun app to have but there is no point in having it if you can’t even add it to your screens. I am to be honest confused with PixelPets .

It's pretty cute so far and bought the subscription. The only thing is that I have the iPhone 15 Pro Max and the pets do not show up on the Dynamic Island. I'm hoping this is something that's fixed or else I'd fear it was a waste of money

I love this game it’s so cute but I’m disappointed in it bc it said that you can put the pet on your screen me and my mom tried everything but it didn’t work it said you could do it on iOS but I didn’t work don’t recommend it but if you pet to play with this is perfect

This game does not have the full ability of the stuff that lets you be with the pet like you can’t play with it by tapping to make the ball move you just watch and you can’t pet the cat/dog era and the paying for the whole game is 10!! Now this is 1 of my two games and plz don’t ask why this game needs some updates

I wish the entire point of PixelPets functioned. The widgets don’t stay selected. Nothing is on the home bar. It only functions within PixelPets itself. Buying premium didn’t do much but add more options for pets and times. Nothing made PixelPets work like advertised.

Super cute and the first few days there was nothing and everything seemed great, but all of a sudden bible verses started popping up and I couldn’t get rid of them.

If I knew that was going to be there I wouldn’t have paid $10 for it.

PixelPets is great and all, the only issue I’m having is that even with everything enabled, I still cannot put my pixel pet in the Dynamic Island as it says, I even paid for the full version of PixelPets …

I really was so excited to download this w my new phone and i paid for the premium. But for some reason my pet will not show up on the dynamic island, right after i paid for it. I have the setting turned on and everything but im just not understanding why it was showing before i paid for it and now its not.

I have an iphone 11 and I would love for my pet to rest on my home button instead of dynamic island that I don’t have.

I love this but I purchased the one time pack and it’s not recognizing that I have. I can’t access any of the foods or toys but my apple account shows I purchased it.

I like PixelPets, it’s fun but not as fun as I thought it would be. I paid $10 for the premium and some things aren’t working. For example I chose my background to be the forest at night but it won’t let me go to night it just keeps me on day. Another example is that it won’t let me add more than one pixel pet on my Dynamic Island like it said I could (i was sad about that😕). Overall it’s fine but I’m really said I wasted my money just for it to be glitchy.

I mean to to do 3 but yea so basically the widget isn’t popping up even though I’m doing every step right so maybe try to fix that bug other than that it’s really fun! you get to feed a pet and play!!!

This game is cute I all but no matter what, it won’t give you your purchases when you buy them. Plus the “ MUST TRY APP” review is creepy, their all the same review probably the same person just different account, don’t buy anything from this game, it’s just a scam.

The pixel pets over all was a great idea but I wish for the iPhone users that the pet you choose would stay on the bottom bar all the time. It is really cute when you open PixelPets I just wish it would stay there through out the whole day.

It was honestly really cute and fun at first, you didn’t need to have the paid version of it to enjoy things like widgets and pet food, but once they updated it you needed to have the $6 a year subscription to do much of anything and I lost all progress I had with my pets. Good game! Just not for me.

I really love this game but there is one problem for me. I have more than one widget but only one shows. After writing this review I noticed a lot of them saying true stuff like having to pay for everything! We know you need to make money but please at least make the widgets free 🥲

Paid 10$ for full version it’s not working and keeps asking to pay even after I try to restore purchase. Plz refund the full amount and cannot restore I’ve tried everything, the amount was taken off a Apple Card I bought for myself with the new phone plz help

honest review: i paid for the full version after using for about a month to access the “grooming” toys hoping to unlock mini-games, but unfortunately many of the “toys” are sliders with instructions to slide the “butterfly” back and forth to “play.” you can make it look like you’re walking from one side of the screen to the other or playing tug-of-war but it’s not yet worth the price (it will be if and/or when the content creator updates) but it has potential as the cutest pixel pet app i’ve see so far. it’s relatively simple app, but i do really like it.

the biggest cons are the inability to change the bible verses to other quotes or simply turn them off and the lack of tamagotchi like mini games or tap features. the ability to adjust the widget would be great, but the one option includes a clock (though i’m not sure why the chosen pet is located at the top and bottom of the time) will work for my layout.

the biggest pros are in the apps simplicity, dynamic background, widget backgrounds, and base features: the one dog has been fun.

I really like PixelPets everything has worked well with me but one thing I do wish is that they add the option to have more then just one pet on the bar.

I bought the premium version a little too hastily. I can even get the pets onto my island, can’t find any resources to help me with that either.

Compared to its competitor app Pixel Pals PixelPets has a lot of options as well as a better price point that is a one time price point.

Im not ready to buy the full capabilities of PixelPets but I do like its potential and wanted to make a review nonetheless as well as provide feedback.

So the widget didn’t immediately work, don’t know if I was doing something wrong it only gives me “long press the widget to edit” option which didnt provide me with the pet. Maybe thats a premium feature only but an indicator as to that would be nice.

Also I’m not sure if the one time purchase of 10$ gives you everything. The reason why I’m not sure is because the yearly price point is 30$ and it does not indicate if the 10$ truly provides every option on PixelPets so a little more transparency would be appreciated.

As far as the features go they look good! A date and time of when you create a pet would be cool honestly keeping track of how long you’ve taken care or had the pet would be a nice feature. Its also a feature that the competitor app has so its something to think about.

Anyway thats it, some clarity of pricing and widgets and a little new feature is my review. May check on PixelPets again in the future.

I love this game! The only thing that I dont love is that there is only a few options to pick from for people who don’t want to buy anything. But over all it’s extremely cute and I love the way your little pet looks on your screen!

It’s super cute and the widgets make it even better, but I don’t like that it’s only the cat and dog that we can play with. You have to pay for other animals :/

I love PixelPets so much especially because of the Bible verses. This is a beautiful way to show and honor God. It makes me want to support PixelPets even more! I love the holy bible app that was shown in the beginning. It def caught my attention.

Its so nice but it does not show when I’m off PixelPets at the bottom of my screen home screen

The widgets on my iOs 16 devise are incredible, it made my home screen look aesthetic! I really enjoy using my iPhone more now with all these widgets for iOS16 ! Deserves a 5 stars rating. You're awesome, Pixel Pets!  ‍‍‌‍

PixelPets is great no glitches though I wish all the pets were free, anyway I love how cute they all are my advice is get PixelPets it is so cute watching them all play, enjoy.

i didn't have any hard time managing Pixel Pets. If I need to edit the widgets,I can do it easily 👌 One of the best apps for iOS 16

You cannot place a widget on your phone’s home screen without paying the $30 subscription.

Try Pixel Pals instead.

You can use robot because I get free rockets and it really helps me and I like to play this game whenever I’m bored🤗

I love that you don’t have to commit to a subscription! On the free version you get the choice between a cute cat 🐱or dog 🐶! So many features on free but buying the subscription is worth it!!!!!
