I played this game for months, spent enough money to get the VIP8. I purchased a premium relic pass and never received it. I contacted costumer support, they claimed they fixed the problem but I still didn’t receive the items so I asked apple for a refund. In the 15 years I have had an apple account this was the first time I have asked for one. With in 24 hours I received my refund. The next day I received a threatening message from hero clash saying I committed fraud and my account was going to be banned. I don’t know how it was fraud. I never received the items I paid for. Aren’t they the ones who committed fraud?

This used to be a game I enjoyed. I liked it to the point I spent $100 or so a month to build my teams faster and move up the leader board in my server. I got to 5-6 in my server but it was obvious the people in front of me spent much more than me, so I was satisfied where I was. I was in the hero ring getting that bonus. Remember, I spent money to get there. NOW they merged all the servers together. I am now 50-60th. I don’t even qualify to compete for the hero ring. I’m not spending to compete with the best from every server. I’ve spent my last penny on this game. I feel all the money I’ve spent up to this point has been a waste.

I originally downloaded this game from the ads I saw, it mentions nothing about having to play a second game in order to unlock levels to the game you originally wanted to play. I fell for the trap and played the second part of the game which took forever to complete and unlock the original game. Now I’ve completed all 16 levels and I don’t see an option to continue on the save the dog part of the game. Im just stuck playing the unwanted part of the game, I wasted my time and 4.99 just to play 16 levels. I want my money back. So disappointed that I wasted time and money for 16 levels. I expect a response back because this is completely unacceptable for 16 levels.
