Mnet Plus Reviews

I really like it! I got it because of LimeLight and also started using it for Boys Planet 999. While I haven't been using it for very long, I have made my opinions on it. When I first got it, it was a bit confusing, but after messing around with it, I understood how MnetPlus works within the first 5-10 minutes. Compared to Universe and Weverse (which I have both been using for YEARS) it's actually a lot easier for me to use and do voting or post/comment. I definitely think I'll keep using it.

Everytime i try to open a community I’ve joined MnetPlus freezes. Even after refreshing multiple times MnetPlus still freezes. When MnetPlus does actually work it’s so annoying to navigate through. You really have to really dig to find what you want. There’s a lot of features that can help support artists you like but again it’s hard to find and they don’t really explain each feature that well.

If you’re voting for Boys/Girls Planet then you have to sit through an 15 sec ad. You have to watch the entirety of the ad before you can confirm your votes. It’s always just an ad for the Mnet Plus app that you’re currently using.

This was a good app for me when I first started using it. It was very easy to use and I experienced no issues. It logged me out of my account, after not using it for a bit and I went to log back in. It kept telling me my password was wrong and I went to change it. After I changed it to the new password, I went to log in and it still said I had the wrong password. I went to change it again and then told me I couldn’t change it to the same password as my current one.

Wish they could do something to improve all these issues with MnetPlus …

I live in California, and I downloaded this to vote for Boys Planet. Sometimes you’ll be able to vote, but it tends to have a lot of glitches and freezing moments, which will then kick you out. If you’re patient, and get on it at the right time, you’ll get your votes through. You’ll have to keep trying though. Makes voting and keeping track of things so tough!

I’ve had MnetPlus for maybe a week and I’ve never used it. I had hope that it would work sooner or later but it never did! When I open MnetPlus the screen has the M logo on it in the white background but no matter how long I wait the screen never changes. The most I’ve waited is ten minutes because by then i had gotten frustrated. I’m not sure if it’s my phone or MnetPlus but either way it’s really upsetting that I can’t vote for BoysPlanet (vote haruto y’all🙏)

MnetPlus is honestly so terrible. I downloaded it so I could vote for boys planet 999 and MnetPlus wouldn’t even open. It wasn’t an internet issue because I had full bars, I deleted and redownloaded and MnetPlus still wouldn’t open it sat on the white open page for 30 minutes. I don’t understand why it’s so bad, Mnet is maybe a multi million dollar tv station so why can’t they hire an app creator to do a good job. Instead, they just threw an app together and called it a day; I’m extremely disappointed.

I tried to voting for Boys Planet and MnetPlus only proceeds up to the point of selecting the members to vote for. I choose and pass the security question. However, the final step involves watching a video. The screen appears as black for me and pushing on the play/pause bottom makes no difference. The only way for the vote to get in is after watching the video, so I’m unable to vote. This bug needs to be fixed ASAP!

To start, this is just my experience with using Mnet Plus. (I got MnetPlus for Boys Planet) Why should I vote if Mnet just rigs the results? They may not be but when Wang Zihao was giving his speech, his votes weren’t displayed. This is what made me think that Mnet was rigging the results. Again, this may not be true and Mnet may have not rigged it, but, please do take this into consideration. Why should I use MnetPlus if my votes are just useless?

Mnet plus app makes it easier to vote & support your favorite artist from outside of Korea. It also keeps you up-to-date with Mnet shows with clips & previews for you favorite Mnet shows.

Just got MnetPlus to vote with and it freezes every time I click on the community. I've closed and reopened MnetPlus many times and it'll only load about 25% of the time. Hope they fix this bug soon. I'm loosing out on days to vote :-(

Please fix the error where it says even when your on MnetPlus for voting it still says “you can participate on the vote in the mnet plus app”

I waited for MnetPlus to load and refresh but when I got back on it wouldn’t let me vote for anyone on Boys Planet. It comes up with a black screen and says,
“ Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information).”
Please fix this error so I am able to vote.

so many people review this saying it lags when they open a community but my app will go days at a time where it won’t load at ALL. i open MnetPlus and it just stays forever stuck on the mnet logo and it’s extremely annoying. it’s making me lose out on voting days :/

MnetPlus freezes when I try and click on any banners (like the voting one for Boys Planet). So, I keep resetting MnetPlus but it doesn’t do anything or let me see content at all. If anyone has a fix please let me know. These Korean network apps are always so janky.

So as the title suggests I do enjoy MnetPlus I just feel there are some things that need to be fixed. I love that there is a space to engage with different fans of some of my favorite groups like ZB1 or 8turn, but I wish I could follow the users and click on their accounts and actually message them on MnetPlus ,rather than join a group chat on instagram or WhatsApp. I also wish for users that maybe I don’t like that when I block them I didn’t see a spot for where their post would be, when I block someone I would rather not see anything to remind me of them being on that app. To add onto that I wish with blocking it went both ways,if I block a user I don’t really want them to see my posts or interact with my posts. I also wish to be able to report spammers who cause MnetPlus to become laggy because they can’t handle not being in 01 on the fan ranking. I also do enjoy a dark mode but would like for it to be app wide and not just when I’m the community’s but also my notifications and the main menu as well as the option to switch between light and dark mode. I also love being able to share funny images and gifs but would love to also be able to share links to videos and quizzes as well as to share my own edits that I have made. I think if you add those things to MnetPlus it will make MnetPlus even better and create more activity as you won’t have people leaving for other apps just to be in a group chat or to post edits. I also feel as though we need a 24/7 moderator or AI to take down posts that are clearly offensive. In certain communities I have seen it take upwards of 8 hours for a very inappropriate user to be removed and that’s just not acceptable as it ruins the experience for all of us that are using MnetPlus . If you were to put these applications in place it would make MnetPlus more active and more enjoyable for all its users. Please take these suggestions into consideration.

Unfair, Xenophobic, Biased, and VERY UNORGANIZED. Please sue MNET for these reasons. If they’re not that lazy to take an effort to update and improve MnetPlus, then there wouldn’t be any issues at all. Horrible. I’ve witnessed how most talented foreigners were being treated in “boys planet”, knowing that they do not want any foreigners who actually have TALENT. They prefer visuals over talent and that is disgusting!!

If I was able to give MnetPlus a zero star, I would. Every time I try to vote it tells me to watch an ad to complete the voting process, but an ad never comes up. Hence, I’m unable to complete my vote. Please fix this ASAP because I am missing out on many days of voting.

I missed the light mode - if dark mode is added, then light mode should still be an option. My computer crashes whenever I scroll down. Please let us save GIFs instead of them being photos.

Decent app, but there are no translations for artist posts. Other apps have had translations since their start, but MnetPlus completely lacks them.

They change/make up new rules when they feel like it. Votings can’t be trusted as the company who runs MnetPlus has groups they manage and force people to sit through their artists ads (which improve their own digital scores).

Downloaded MnetPlus for international voting. You must watch an add for your votes to process. But my ad never loads no matter how long I wait or refresh.

MnetPlus is incredibly slow and buggy, you can’t even read through mnet community comments without it closing on itself. The sensitive word filters are also practically nonexistent, only disabling comments once the damage has already been done and everyone, including the artists, has seen it. It allows hateful people to run wild with their disgusting words and ruin a space meant only for fans. The company and developers obviously know what’s going on and the discomfort these rules, or lack thereof, bring their users but they simply just don’t care.

MnetPlus is annoying because: I downloaded MnetPlus to vote for my idols but after a while I wanted to vote again but it logged me out of my account it kept saying log in to vote so I was logging in but it kept saying my password isn’t the same I have a paper written on it my password if MnetPlus but it’s saying it is wrong I feel that app scammed me…

While I was voting for MCountdown after it got to the verify page with pictures I clicked what I was needed and MnetPlus crashed either it a traffic glitch due to MAMA or something isn’t updated properly

Ive been wanting to vote but it keeps telling me wait 5 seconds and MnetPlus just freezes on that spot so really the only thing i can do is check the voting but i cant even vote.

I only downloaded MnetPlus to vote for my faves on MAMA. I just wasted my time as my group did place within the criteria for an award yet when winners were announced they were suddenly not eligible. What a complete waste and disrespect to the fans. Please do not lie and say it’s a fan voted award when it’s actually not 😑

I love MnetPlus everyone is so nice in the community’s especially in zerobaseone community I got to meet some friends and I love participating in voting!
