Was OK prior to iOS 13.2.3

Since updating my iPad to iOS 13.2.3 this has become unusable. It opens, displays an hourly forecast for my location, then when I switch to Daily it stops responding and doesn’t show any dates or forecasts. ☹️😖. Developers need to dig into the new iOS and find out why their app breaks on 13.2.3
Temperatures are off

I have my location services on with this app and it’s trying to tell me that the high temperatures are 10+ degrees lower than they really are. The daily forecasts are showing that it should be in the mid 80s but it’s actually in the upper 90s
New update. How do I go back?

Terrible new look and feel. I’ve deleted the app after several years of use.
