Awful customer service

I enjoyed using the app while being out of the country. However after I got back to the states, I noticed I was unable to change the currency type. I tried restarting my phone, and still nothing. I uninstalled the app thinking it would solve my problem, but nope. I tried installing it again and it kicked me back to the free version. I reached out to them via email and have not heard back.
Used to be good however seems it no longer works

I bought the upgrade in app months ago was working fine I loved it. Used it on all my travels. However, when I bought a new phone and installed it and restored purchases it won’t even load that nor will it let me buy it again. However it still allows a trial but cannot buy or restore the purchase. I’d love if this could work again but, it doesn’t at the moment. 😞
Paid for upgrade not worth it

Paid for the premium version still get only 5 currencies. There are better currency converters that are free. Do not waste your money with this one like I did.
