Paid Twice on Apple Family Share

I am very upset with Indie-Goes Software, creators of "Visionary I-Ching" for their predatory payment practices, and failure to provide proper support or contact options on the app or on their website. The $6.99 price is steep. It is even steeper if you are tricked into paying for it twice or even three times.
Beware!
You are supposed to be able to share with family members on their devices, but this predatory software tries to charge over and over.
We are on Apple family share. We have purchased the full version. Our daughter tried to enable the app, and we were CHARGED A SECOND TIME.
I am now not able to unlock the application on my new iPhone without paying for a third time! This is over-the-top. I sincerely hope they will contact us, and fix this bug -- I am giving them the benefit of the doubt calling it a bug. I HOPE it is not ripping us off by design. What would their readings say about that??
My husband, unable to get support from the app or its parent company, has complained to Apple via email and has not received a response, let alone a refund from Apple or from Indy-Goes software.

I have Re downloaded this on 2 devices and no history of my prior purchase. Save your 6.99 because as soon as you go to download on your other devices you will have to pay for it again. Not good. Apple reached out and said you need to use the same Apple ID foe it to restore on a new device. I have used the same Apple ID and it does not restore or recognize the previous purchase.

Bottom line: unable to get support from the app or its parent company. Have complained to Apple via email and has not received a response from them. I would like a refund from Apple or from Indy-Goes software for the extra charges, I request free install of the unlocked full-paid version on my family's iPhones if and when they decide install the app. Great software, please fix support.
