A couple of years ago, I played this game and it was great, just a load of fun. There would be events every week, progression was so easy, and even the gem offers were easy to complete. I downloaded the game again the other day and I noticed how horrible it is. Dust is so incredibly hard to get, which makes progression really sluggish. I bought a starter pack and didn’t get the reward, which is just robbery at that point. I even got marked in the arena as a “cheater”, and only get paired against extremely high people when I am a silver level player at best. Overall this game has a lot of issues and I would not recommend redownloading it for the nostalgia. I have emailed the company about the issues and I don’t think they will respond due to how little people play the game now. Don’t waste your time with this game.

Please fix the save system. Your game does not appear where iCloud data can be deleted. There is no way to delete the first save file that gets put there. Any money spent on another game vanishes with it because you have no restore purchases button. The save game is also not linked to kongregate account. The only game that gets saved is my ancient game on my dying iPad and I’ve tried everything to get it to switch to my new device’s game. (But I keep getting prompts to reload the old iCloud data that Apple won’t let me delete. You have to work around them and create a way for to save active games that is not dependent on iCloud.

When I started playing I did the time switch to speed up energy gain. I got a warning that it might ruin my leaderboard ranking which happens weekly or so. Eventually it did. What they failed to tell you is they do this on purpose and revoke all access to 2 key features in the game permanently. I stopped immediately and I’ve emailed them months later in hopes of getting it lifted. All my emails have been ignored completely. Purchases are overpriced which makes me regret even spending anything on this game, especially when you realize they probably don’t even have customer support.
