I'm not sure what's the issue, about two months ago the audio quality really degraded. The audio is constantly adjusting up and down, in and out and scratchy. It's the equivalent to listening to the regular radio when the station starts to lose signal.
I've uninstalled, restarted my phone, and then reinstalled and the issue remains. I've begun to develops headaches trying to listen while at work. Please, let me know how I can help the team figure out what's going on. iPhone 6.
What happened?

I have used this app on phone and iPad. But since upgrade in Dec, I get “check your internet connection”. I’ve tried listening on 3 different internet servers, so it’s not being blocked. All other apps: K-LOVE, Light-FM, are coming in. So what’s wrong? And with several upgrades since Dec, why does it still not work? I really miss being able to listen all day at work. Radio station doesn’t reach to our office.
