Interesting magazine, worst support

I really liked the print version of the magazine and was delighted to get the app. At first, everything was fine and I enjoyed the recipes, advice and the like. But, then, everything froze. I was simply unable to open any of my many, many regular and special issues. I went through every imaginable step to restore my purchases. To no avail. I repeatedly wrote to their so-called customer service. All I got was standard, boilerplate "We'll get back to you as soon as we can" message. Never heard from anyone. To this day. So, today I hit the "delete" button and said goodbye to that app and all the many years' worth of issues. My advice in a few words: Don't bother getting the app. It's not worth the aggravation. Now, if the publisher were to fire the entire Customer Service department, I could change my mind and write a different review.
