Can't use the Speedway app. It gives me an error code of CE 1001 Connection error. I've Uninstalled it and reinstalled and it still doesn't work.

I WILL NOT BE SPENDING ANOTHER DOLLAR AT YOUR PLACE OF BUSINESS ANYMORE. YOU HAVE BECOME POLITICALLY ACTIVE AGAINST THE USA. STOP DOING THIS I PLAN ON TELLING EVERYONE OF YOUR DISGUSTING TREATMENT OF LAW ENFORCEMENT. DO NOT CONTACT ME EITHER WITH YOUR LIES. NO THANK VERY MUCH AMERICAN TO THE CORE!!!!!

I’m afraid this is my second email complaint in the last few weeks although there should be many more complaints from me since this particular location opened up at Smithton PA. Store number 45828 has continuing problems with pumps being out of order and with receipt printers not working today January 6 I stopped in to top off my tank and to take advantage of the discount from my members reward promotion offer. I spent $29 and the receipt would not print. Please keep in mind I have a handicap and had to go inside and wait in line with eight or nine other people in front of me buying things and only one cashier working just to get my receipt but I need my receipts. The young lady working told me to please contact headquarters and let them know the problem and that she has been telling many people the same thing that are complaining about the pumps. I really like dealing with that location and the deals that are available to me and would like to continue doing business there however this is getting pretty darn frustrating and needs to be addressed thank you and feel free to email me back.

At the automatic gas station at 4395 Glensoe Ave Marina del Rey CA 90262, I filled up my car twice for $6 and $75. They charged $175 and $175 respectively. Total: $350. The operator didn't speak English. Transfer number 9026098, 11/07/25, time 1:55 PM. The last receipt was $75, it said $175. Time 1:52 PM, same pump filled up for $6, it said $175, payment card number... 8405 VISA

My Speedway app is having issues(never did before) when I open my app it says 404 -Forbidden File or Directory The resource you are looking for might have been removed,had its name changed or is temporarily

I installed your app and when I try to use it I keep getting an error has occurred message and it will not let me in.

I just left Speedway here in Muncie Indiana and I couldn't use to redeem my gas or drink. I have a lot of points. Please fix this problem with your App.

I paid for $70 in gas and only use 50 that never went back on my card it was at store number 43 654 and the time was 10:36 a.m. February 2nd I'm in February 12th at 10:36 a.m. I never received my $20 back

My telephone number has changed. I went into the app to change my number from 270-995-5075 to 859-202-4792 my new number it was locked and the app wouldn't let me enter it. And when I used my rewards card a couple of days ago my rewards points had depleted. the where 2,716 I believe and I bought a coffee which earned me more points on the 5th of February. The reference number is 66038190277.

I have a speedway account with over 20 thousand points on it. The ALT number is 4233163014. I do not have that phone number any longer. I can't get into the account without a verification code from that number. Can you please help me with this. Thank you in advance.

When I renewed my Speedy Rewards for the month of February 2024, I chose double points. I received double points on my first gas purchase of February but all purchases afterward have registered single points.

I have a speedway rewards account. I have been entering my alt ID at the pump for years, and thought I was accumulating points. When I went to use them there was no way to use the kiosk with the 12 digit account number, my alt ID (phone number) and or PIN. I have all these but no way to get in. I loaded the app on my phone, but it doesn't let me in. Keeps saying "try later". What is going on. I see comments below that alot of people are having similar problems. And the app doesn't work. I sent a message last week but have not heard back. Is this a scam or is someone just not doing their job? Would you prefer I buy my gasoline elsewhere? Please respond to this message and let me know how to get my rewards or I will be buying my gas from your competitor.

I’m having problems logging into my account. Every time I put my phone number in gets keeps giving me a error message. I would like to use my points, but how can I when it will not let me put my phone number in. This problems has being going on for a while now.

Several years ago I had a Speedway Rewards card, but after a few moves and life changes, the card was lost. I tried using my "Alternate ID" but it didn't work, so I just stopped going to Speedway stations, and went to Shell for gas. I decided to reopen my Speedway account, so I got a NEW rewards card from the Speedway station to open a new account. All I get is "THAT EMAIL IS ALREADY IN USE" so I can't register the new card. The old one has been lost forever. Want me as a customer again? Then help me register the new card.

I purchased two $25 fuel gift cards on my phone with my rewards points. They will not work at the pump and I tried several times. I have written 4 previous emails to your company with no response to any of them. I want to know how to get this to work OR just give me a $50 Amazon card to replace it. Your new "update" is not an improvement at all, it almost impossible to use and I have wasted way to much time trying to get these rewards and then they did not even work.

Tried to install app, they sent verification # punched it in but it said it wasn't right, after 3 times I was blocked... I only go to Speedway in Germantown WI for gas & car washes. How can you fix this?
