Password request/reset in app doesn't work as a result can't login and download magazine. Have been requesting support from customer service for months with no improvement. Get the paper magazine and don't waste you time with digital edition.

My son and I absolutely love the magazine, and we really have enjoyed exploring with the digital version. However, after downloading iOS7 on our iPad mini, SpiderMag has been temperamental. It has had trouble finishing magazine downloads, and recently, it simply won't open at all - I'll just get the cover page before the library page, and it turns itself off. Please fix the bugs so we can continue reading your wonderful content!
