Cut off of app on first try

I haven't seen snow this year and want to know when it will. When I downloaded this app I was so happy to finally find out but when I clicked on it the first time it cut off.
Bad App!

It doesn't even really get one star. Can't get rid of 37 notifications (where are they?) and it says NO to snow and it's snowing right outside my house. Will be deleting this one!
