Contact Deluxe Moon Pro App Widget Support

Beautiful app with lots of information (the developers seem very proud) as described in the App Store but after downloading I realized certain areas were unacceptable. Late that night I decided to purchase what I thought was an app upgrade for $2.99 to get an extension. I kept reading and re-reading to be clear so I felt confident what I was buying BUT I was tricked. I only purchased ONE extension (moon days). Be aware each extension is charged separately at $2.99. Also, after emailing them explaining I felt tricked and getting no response I will be removing this app. I no longer choose to do biz with Companies that don’t value and/or appreciate their customers and who's only goal is to make $$$ no matter how. Why not put your prices right on each section so people see it clear as day? I can find this info on online or on another app. Im sure they will respond defending themselves & their product as they did to other reviewers but I won’t be here to see it and it won’t matter. I really don't know where all these positive reviews are coming from because all I've experienced with this application is improper operation, no ability to start a customer service ticket because it keeps telling me to enter information that is just not available and now when I try to open the app it freezes constantly nonstop freezes doesn't operate at all I have completely wasted the purchase price on this which is not cheap as apps go. I am very disgusted I am not getting another morning up at all. I've had one for years but now that iPhone is once again updating to fix whatever is not broken I won't be able to operate it so all these new ones are just no comparison with my original MoonPhase so I give up the hell with it I'm deleting it I lose my five bucks but I will never purchase another app from this company again. The only other regret I have other than throwing money out the window is that I can't give the review less than one star.

Ive had this app for many many years and have used it regularly. After the last IOS update though things quit working the way they are supposed to. When you click on the triple stars in the upper left hand side to get your daily outlook, the screen comes in at an angle and cuts off most of the information. It also impedes your ability to access touch controls to maneuver around the app. I’ve tried numerous times to figure out to contact the developer but it always sends me to a website that is blank and inaccessible from my phone. It would make me very unhappy if this issue doesn’t get fixed. Not just because I paid for the app but also because I use it EVERYDAY. But now I can’t. ☹️
