The in-app support only references, over and over, “when you send a support ticket...” but never allows you to do so. The website for Tiny co makes no mention of this game, and your only contact options are “use your in-app support ticket” or snail mail. And it’s really not worth the postage to try to let them know that the sound effect toggle doesn’t turn off the sound.
Yeah. You know all those super annoying sounds apps make, even when you don’t need them for any sort of indicator? Imagine them doubly annoying. And with a little button constantly taunting you with the idea that you could turn them off... if only the button actually did anything.

I’ve played this game in the past and ended up stoping for a while. Now I play it again only this time I actually do invest my own money into the game so now I’m a paying customer! Under my friend tree thing with the two legendary monsters I’ve leveled up the white one and it says to evolve I need to basically refer friends I push the button and next thing you know it goes black and doesn’t do anything so I have to exit the game. I’ve already referred my gf now she plays I just wanna be able to evolve!..5 stars if you can help

Please fix the website where your invitee is taken to, as it says the server cannot be found/ does not exist. Also, when you tap it the SMS button for a friend request, it crashes the game. Is it just me or is anyone else having this issue? Also, PLEASE cut the hatching/ breeding/ napping/expansion/ building times short. It takes almost a third of the time to earn enough coins to build another island than the island takes to build. The prices are also ridiculously high, and getting people to buy stuff with a lot of money that's probably 10x the value of the time it takes to get it manually? Not cool, Tiny Co. Take the time to actually get a look on the many issues that me and other players are having and ACTUALLY FIX THEM. I can't stand these blips, bugs, crashes, and long times. If you want the bad reviews to stop piling up, DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!! I am at the very borderline of deleting this game. FIX YOUR STUPID APP ALREADY, BECAUSE PEOPLE STARTED COMPLAINING ABOUT IT 4+ YEARS AGO!
