Contact Airliner World Magazine Support

This is less a review of Airliner World and more of a review of the dreadful “pocket mags” backend app used to manage a subscription. Every time a software update occurs, namely iOS, the app “forgets” you’re a subscriber. The “restore purchases” functionality never works, and contacting them they only make you jump through hoops by sending copies of your receipt, asking you to reregister, etc to finally get what you originally paid for restored. Forget the digital version, 3 years in on this app and it’s still as broken as day 1. Buy the hard copy of Airliner World magazine. I’m finally bailing on this broken app.

I have been a loyal reader ever since I discovered Airliner World 10~15 years ago and have been a paper subscriber and the app for years. And now it will NOT let you access the content until you rate it!? Really? I paid for the app, and you block my access until I rate you? Is this even legal? Well, I RATED you! It’s a great magazine but your “rate me or NOTHING” business approach is DISGUSTING and you know what? It BACK FIRED. Too bad zero star is not available.

This app continually force shuts down when trying to access it. I purchased a copy beyond the first one I had bought and now it doesn't show in my library even after I have "restored my purchases" Every time I try to access the app it also prompts me to set up my account (????) I have done this several times now, all with the same results.....no issues to view that I have purchased & continual crashing! This is one of the worst, useless apps available. Obviously with the previous posted reviews & the fact that I have had to e-mail their app support a couple of times now, I would venture they are not reading these reviews & clearly have no desire to turn this around into what would be an interesting app & read. Why are crap apps like this allowed to still be available on the iTunes Apps store???! Fix it or remove it! DO NOT BUY THIS APP!! TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY & VALUABLE SPACE ON YOUR DEVICE!!!
