Technical problems
Unfortunately the app is constantly failing and automatically closing. I can barely use it for five minutes at a time before it closes again. I’m not experiencing this problem with any other apps on my iPhone (iOS 14.6).

Useless
I don't know how they managed to make the 2016 version worse than the previous ones. You can't find anything in the app, it's really not user friendly. We used to at least be able to watch videos, now you can't (or I haven't been able to find them). Sometimes I don't know if it's the app crashing or just the fact that the whole thing is empty and links are leading to nowhere. Very frustrating and clearly not what I relied to to follow the festival this year, unfortunately.
