I like this app but family sharing is not working

I purchased this app with a couple of languages so my kid can learn but family sharing it is not working on my kid’s iPad , tapping in “restored paid languages” doesn’t work , fix please . (The support website doesn’t work neither )

I had this for about four years ago this new update remove the ability to change free language in my case a Spanish main language now need a spend just for language change
