Not bad pretty much the same as a lot of other apps but i would give it 5 stars if they would allow you to use music from your iPod library for the video music not the crappy ones they give you... Please update and fix that would be great

Wow I wrote that last night and they added it today except you have to pay for it... Oh well hope they make it free soon because it's not worth paying for but definitely fun for free so I'll stay with 4 stars til it's free but wow thanks for listening that was actually the first review I've written so i was happy to see they are actually reading these keep up the good work I'm sure it will be an amazing app eventually not to belittle all that it already is...

DoodleCam is great and I would have just purchased but I don't like the whole bait and switch business. This makes me resolved to not apply your updates and be watchful for anything else you develop- to make sure I don't purchase. Developers have to learn you'll make a few bucks tricking people but will make more if your honest with your customers. It's really a shame because it's a great app but I will not recommend based purely on shady tactics. You have a great product there is no need at all to trick people. Hopefully you'll learn.

I have seen many kinds of scams but this is the worst. They let you take the picture in any kind of drawing format you want, (this is actually good because they don't make you buy the types of doodles). Then you can take a video or picture. After that it says saved the photos. So you think it is saved to your photo gallery..... WRONG! It is really saved to games personal photo gallery which you can only access by paying 99c. I thought it was a total rip off. If you want a good camera app that you don't really have to pay for get Cam Wow or Fun Camera. Trust me this is a total scam.

Wow, we are the people who got you where you are today. Now you turned your greedy little heartless backs. We have to pay to see a video or picture we took??? How the hell does that make sense? What's the point of DoodleCam then? I'd rather pay someone to draw me. RIP OFF. DO NOT DOWNLOAD.

Original post: Makes normal pictures and videos more interesting and funny. Me and my boyfriend play with DoodleCam constantly. I definitely recommend it especially since it's free!

The free version is actually a good app. - they offer extras for a fee, where they charge you directly from the free app, but the premium version doesn't replace the free version, so when you try to find it at the apps store, it doesn't even exist. I also deleted the free version and re-installed few times to see if the premium version would come up and guess what? Nothing. But they sure charged my credit card thru the itunes store. Funny, huh?!

Change DoodleCam back! They destroyed the layout and design of DoodleCam and now it looks exactly like another app called cartoonatic! The makers of cartoonatic should sue the makers of doodle cam for stealing their design! Where is the originality and giving customers real improvements on app updates?
Sneaky tricks like this turns your customer base against you and rather than growing as a company, the bad reviews will make you lose tons of potential revenue.
Change your app to the way it was and I will easily give it 5 stars.

DoodleCam is uber fun but it won't upload vids to Facebook, first attempt got me locked out and so I saved vid to my photo album to upload that way but Facebook said video file wasn't compatible 
If DoodleCam maker can find out the compatibility with Facebook I'd give 5 
It's still a great app and lots of fun tho 

It gives a different way of taking pictures although some of the filters produce a shot that's on the dark side even in bright sunlight. (Why I gave DoodleCam 4 stars) My pictures show up in my photo folder along with the others I've loaded onto my iPod. A bonus -- for a free app there's no ads. Sweet!

I've had DoodleCam for a while now and I love it! But after the iOS5 update it seems the upgrades I purchased are gone!!! Is there any way to get them back? I don't want to pay again to get them back!! >_<

When I first got DoodleCam, I gave it 5 stars. Now I hate it! I never should have downloaded the update, as it ruined one of the best apps I've ever had!

This was a wonderful, fun, and entertaining app until the update. Now I feel cheated and DoodleCam is significantly less nice than it was.

I thought updates were supposed to improve an app, not destroy it. I'm probably just going to delete it now :/

So I had purchased the in app upgrade on my iPhone 4, and now that I got my iPhone 4S I notice that the in app purchase is gone! So we have to pay each and every time there is an update or we switch phones? Really?

Screw DoodleCam. It would actually be useful if they allowed for 1080p or 720p video processing (and higher resolution still imaging processing too).

This is a really fun app to use and it's free! I see people complaining but most of them don't know how to use it. It's one of the best camera apps for me so far! I would say give it a chance.

After iOS 5, I lost all of my purchased upgrades. No way to restore my purchases. I'm expected to pay yet again. Seriously, while DoodleCam is neat, it is simply not worth all this money. A lame attempt to make some extra bucks. If an update doesn't fix this, I'll simply delete DoodleCam . Beware, potential buyer!!

Why would you charge $.99 for the "premium" version and an additional $.99 to edit photo and video on your camera roll? Why not $.99 for both??

Besides the price, DoodleCam is great! Fun and easy to use.

Okay so I went to animate a video that was already saved to my camera roll, and I chose a 2:18 long video. I really need this to be animated in two months for a project. I press "choose" and it will load the video and freeze so I cant press a thing! Fix this please or give me my $0.99 back
