Last time I reviewed Solitaire it was over not being able to exit out of certain ads. An update or two later the problem was fixed. Now it's back to the same problem along with ads popping up in the middle of a game out of nowhere. Meaning my thumb can be at the too of the screen grabbing a card and all of a sudden the ad at the bottom opens. The freezing ads and magic ad popups during the games are truly frustrating. Have to shut Solitaire down twice before it fixes itself for a few minutes.

Just updated it yesterday and now I have my internet browser popping up every other game for some spam ad. Only time it doesn’t happen is when I turn my internet off altogether.

Solitaire has been steadily increasing its ads and decreasing one's ability to opt out of said ads. Annoying. But today they have added in a new spam ad that tells you that your phone is heavily infected with a virus. I absolutely hate this kind of game-playing. I will turn it off and try again in a week to see if it has improved. If not, I will be deleting it and trying another if the hundreds of this app apps. Please fix this! I am not stupid enough to fall for this. You are stupid for thinking this kind of advertising is one to which we will respond. Get rid of this advertiser NOW!

I used to love this game, but overtime I started to dislike it. I took off one star because sometimes while playing this game it will just freeze for an extended period of time or the sound for an ad will randomly start playing even when there isn’t an ad on the screen.

I took off two stars because there are way too many levels on this game that don’t actually have a solutions. I have many screenshots of games where I was down to one move, but the move needed was impossible to make based on the rules of the games. That is by-far the most annoying part about Solitaire.

As for pros, there are lots of different games on here, so that’s a plus.

Love Solitaire, graphics is great and there are lots of different this app games to play. Latest update has worked great. I am hooked on winning all of the games!
Update: Still love this game but sometimes the ads hang up and the whole thing has to be shut down and reopened.

July 2020: Solitaire has gotten ridiculous. Sometimes there are no moves at all to make, or only one or two moves. Then, when you start a new game, it’s a 30 sec. ad. Pretty obvious that they just want to run the adds as much as possible. Don’t really mind the 10 sec ads, but when you have to sit through 3-4 thirty second ones, it’s not worth it. I get so frustrated, ready to find a different app.

I really have no idea what's going on with this game. Every time I'm in the middle of a timed game, and ad saying I've won a gift card to Walmart or my phone is the 1000th visitor. Come on. I don't want to buy the game and don't mind the pop ups in between games , but why is this happening all of a sudden?? I've been playing for about 5-6 years now and I'm beginning to think it's time to find another game to download.

Finally had enough. Deleted!! Now it's popping up a google warning that my iPhone has been infected. That I have to download an app to clean up the virus. Really. I DON'T THINK SO!!! BYE

These games are great, and worth it to purchase the no ads for a few bucks. The only complaint I have, is that the store needs updating. They say they do it often, and I literally have not had one in a couple of years. I purchased all I can with “coins”, refusing to spend real money on any, so wonder if it only updates if you buy the rest. This gets boring, and they used to at least give me new ones on holidays, but nothing now for about 3 years. PLEASE update cards and backgrounds!!! There are many I don’t want, but someone said they downloaded all the ones they didn’t want and it still didn’t add new ones. Do you developers even look at reviews or update your app? Will give five stars when you update cards and backgrounds. And yes, my device is updated to latest version on an ipad. Thanks.

I love these games, but feel that this app Deluxe has been completely ignored by the makers for over 3 1/2 years. 2 1/2 years ago I upgraded from an iPhone 4 to an iPhone 7, and hoped at last that the rewards store would be updated. Instead, I lost all the cards & backgrounds I had, earned back what I could, but some were gone forever. Occasionally I get a message that the store has been updated, but it HAS NOT! Also why do some cards & backgrounds require cash, when the whole point is to spin & win credits on the games? Very disappointing... Mobile Deluxe Help has done absolutely nothing. It appears to be an unmanned, empty forum. Is the game just running on automation now?

If it weren't for the intrusive advertisements, this game could easily be the best on the market. There are tons of different this app games to play, and though it isn't the most customisable version I've played, it's easy to use and has very clear gameplay instructions for every game - and you can skip the instructions, if you want.
But there are loud, full screen advertisements every time you try to start a new game. It's frustrating and annoying. If ads were only at the bottom of the screen, or if there were rewards for watching ads like some companies have (Runaway), this game would be five stars.

Very annoying ads! Racist stereotypes and now political ads for the GOP accusing democrats of corruption 😂😂😂! No mention of the several ongoing corruption of every level of the GOP! Is this more Russian money buying ad space to promote discord?!? Deleting Solitaire!! This was my go to this app app! It has many types of this app games and is very reliable! The ads are not very annoying and can usually be sidestepped. Just not liking an ad that recently came up for a slot machine game featuring a Mexican man dressed in a poncho, big hat and shaking maracas! It had some sleazy name but I clicked out of it so fast I don't remember the name of Solitaire ! Someone should screen the types of ads allowed to buy screen time! Racism is a terrible way to sell any product!

Great App, but...
The Rewards Store needs updating. I have gotten all the cards and backgrounds I can get with just credits. I don’t see the sense in spending real money unless I REALLY LOVE the item. I thought at first I had to get all the available ones before it would add more, so I got all of them, even ones I didn’t like, but it didn’t add any new ones. I have tried the update several times, and no changes. Please update the Reward Store!!!
Also, some ads pop up during the game, interrupting it. The only thing you can do is wait for the X to pop up to get back to the game. VERY ANNOYING!!! I should be able to choose if I want to visit the ad site, and I do occasionally. Please fix this!

I used to love Solitaire but now a full 15 second ad plays between every single game. I have thousands of points but never spend them because there are never new or cute cards or backgrounds. They look like paintings from a century ago. The games are great but I’m giving up on Solitaire because I’m sick of all the ads. There are plenty of great games out there that don’t inundate you with them. At least other apps let you earn something to up your game if you watch the ad.

I absolutely love Chinese this app - I used to play it as a child. Unfortunately the ap has frozen on me twice so far so I have had to delete and reload it, thereby losing all my points! It is still freezing on me - had to delete again. Please fix the freezing problem!!! The freezing problem is worse than ever with the new ads! What is with the double ads? Why do I keep getting messages saying I need to update and when I do it is a totally (awful) different ap? It is frozen again. Please fix the problem. It works again and I really do love this ap. I just get frustrated when it occasionally freezes.

Why is Solitaire sounding an alarm every time I play it today? I am afraid to play it now.

When this game works it is an awesome game to play. This developer is really trying to get it all working and we all need to be patient as it will all be good at some point. I know it is frustrating to not be able to play and the crashes as I have had the same problems. I deleted, re started my iPad then re-downloaded again, signed in and so far it is all working.

I don't know why people are complaining about ads. I paid a few dollars a few years ago and have not had an ad since. I have spent countless hours playing these games, and I never get bored. And I never have to fork over more money to keep playing like some games that are always trying to make you pay for more coins or passage to the next level. You don't even need to be connected to the Internet.

Have been playing Solitaire for a long time and I have no complaints. I am surprised at all the people who rated Solitaire low because of the types of ads they are seeing…Advertising algorithms are designed to show you topics you might be interested in. Perhaps more people need to learn to up their privacy practices and turn off data tracking. I’ve never seen anything except for ads about other game apps or random products. No political or mature content here…just hours of this app games. I especially like the Replay option because sometimes you know there’s gotta be a solution if you just try a different order.

This is my go-to for this app — lots of games, free. The only problem is the cards are too close to the top. When I’m playing Scorpion and try to drag a pile from one to the next, it thinks I’m trying to pull down the top. So I have to do the double tap, move a card, then go back. Every. Single. Time. Very annoying.

All collected points gone after restoring my device and this is the only one app will not keep points. I paid for this game to keep it out of annoying adds and only that portion has been restored. Also since I paid for adds free Solitaire become messed up and makes difficult to win with almost one win per fifty try's.
I understand that developers of this game against removing adds as they get paid by add providers constantly. I liked game but don't like the way it set to be punished after making it adds free.

I have been using Solitaire for about 10 years and I love it. I have spent many hours relaxing with on of the 16 game varieties in Solitaire .

So why the poor rating? About two months ago I upgraded my 2nd gen 12.9” iPad Pro to the 12.9” 2018 iPad Pro. Everything else works great on the new iPad, but this app Deluxe just flashes on the screen and disappears when I launch Solitaire .

I downloaded and tried this app Deluxe 2 from Mobile Deluxe with the same result.

I emailed their support team on March 24th and have never even received an acknowledgement.

I will very happily change this rating if/when Mobile Deluxe gets Solitaire running correctly on the new iPad Pro. Until then, avoid these apps if using this device and iOS 12.2.

*Note: Solitaire seems to work correctly on all other iPhone and iPad models that I have tried. I am shocked that this problem exists on such a premium device.

I love it. It is part of my daily morning routine. Some people read the paper or play crossword puzzles, I play this app and have been doing so for many, many years. I also want to thank the developers for minimizing the ads, and especially the time of the ads! I remember when there were no ads. But like all things, things change with time and ads have been introduced into the game. But the part I want to make is that they’re not 30 second or one minute ads. And I do so greatly appreciate that, and I wanted to compliment you on this. Thank you.

My favorite App! When my previous iPhone had no memory left because I had too many photos, I saved Solitaire from deleting time and time again!
It’s fun, easy, fast, and teaches You all different types of this app!
If You think there’s no mores left, grab a tile and pull it slightly out of place! Solitaire will light up where else it can go!😅
