OffenderLocatorLite has so many accuracy issues it’s not even funny. I found dozens within just a couple minutes of messing around on OffenderLocatorLite . Many females listed as males. Black guys listed as white and white guys listed as blacks. Guys names and info with a picture of a female. One of the people’s charge was completely wrong because I know his case and how creepy he is but OffenderLocatorLite made him look like a minor offender even though he raped a 2 year old baby! Disgusting.

Go somewhere else. Don’t trust the info here. Do your homework and fact check any info you use from OffenderLocatorLite because all these errors are just within 10 miles of my address and I found them all within a couple minutes so I’m sure there are thousands of inaccuracies!!

I got this as sort of a sick joke and I would kid about pedophiles in our area untill I noticed how close they are to my location. I live in a relatively quiet part of the country so this game as a suprise. Honestly idk what I would do with out this. I’m 13 and thanks for all the laughs and help for this growing problem.

Downloaded OffenderLocatorLite literally last night, immediately after you download it and open it, it says it’ll give you three month free trial you basically agree to it bc it won’t even allow you to you to actually even view anything within OffenderLocatorLite , I didn’t care for the 3 months I just wanted to download it really quick, woke up this morning to a 50 something dollar charge for a year subscription I never agreed to.
OffenderLocatorLite is fraudulent, even within OffenderLocatorLite I find it weird that on the descriptions of the people they claim to be predators all of them say “tattoo on left hand” and the birthdays are off.
OffenderLocatorLite really seems like a scam.

This is total crap! The only info I could get out of it was some people who were near my current location, and even then it had many of their convictions in number codes with no explanation of what the number codes meant! It has the option to look up people on your contacts list by their address and names but then came up with “100 results found” on EVERY SINGLE ONE of my contacts. But that was all the info it gave. After getting that result it gave no way to list those “100 people” it supposedly found or go to a map...nothing.
This is a complete waste of time and money! I WANT A REFUND!!!

We recently found out that someone closed to us was arrested for child porn and wanted to verify if they were registered yet. Ended finding others close by which listed ages that were even close. By this, I mean, a picture of a young adult (20’s) whose last offense was only a few years ago (2014). Yet, their birth year was 1955.

If this information is inaccurate, the big question is what other information is off?

It appears that the first person I choose keeps the pop up info date of birth across all other selections. Seems OffenderLocatorLite could use a bit of work before prime time.

When I downloaded OffenderLocatorLite , I clicked free trial. Realized that it sucked after a few hours and canceled my subscription. Had a pending charge on my card for a few day and then it went through. DO NOT PURCHASE THE FREE TRIAL. Requested a refund and it might take a month for me to get the $30 back. I really don’t make much money and I needed that money for groceries. Also females are listed as males, black people are listed as white, EVERYONE has a tattoo on their left hand? Don’t bother with it you can find the same information on the internet for free (without all the errors).

I find it troublesome to have wrongful information available for the public. Why in my area are there African American males listed as “offenders” and the info list clearly states white male/ white female BLONDE AND BLUE or BLONDE AND BROWN. This system is heavily flawed and problematic. I want to encourage users and developers to to ask yourself does this make sense. You are destroying peoples character and credibility while the real predators aren’t even displayed. I’m requesting this information be updated, reviewed and resolved or OffenderLocatorLite be completely removed. I hope these matters will be resolved with a sense of urgency or we may need to exhibit are FORMAL APPROACH. WE HAVE GOT TO DO BETTER.

I checked dozens of offenders in my area. All of them are listed with the same birthdate on the initial view (before clicking for details about theme). Half of them listed the exact same date of last offense (3/8/97). One guy person was as a woman. Some of them had two semicolons where the offense they committed is supposed to be listed.

If the above easily verified info is so clearly incorrect, then there’s really no way to trust that the other info (photos, etc) is correct, either.

I appreciate OffenderLocatorLite, the only thing I would like to speak about is making sure the name and information belongs to the correct offender.
I’ve seen pictures of two different people with the same address and you go to pull up the profile and the description doesn’t match the picture.
Please update your system, I’d like to think the information is accurate information. That’s all

Works great. There’s one right around the corner from me that steels from and harasses my business. These people don’t change. Can you send me some business like cards I can share to put up on boards for you?

while this is a good tool for knowing who’s in your area the least that could be done is use a mugshot and accurate description. Especially if I am paying $50 a year for it. All the people have the description of “one tattoo left hand” when some have even other visible. If I will pay to use this after the free trial you guys need to do some updates.

So I used OffenderLocatorLite to look at the offenders in my area because I want to know what these people look like. On almost half the discription of the person didn’t even come close to the picture. One I clicked on a few blocks from my kids school was a woman but the picture of this supposed woman was a black guy. It said she had blue eyes and strawberry blond hair. If they can’t get the picture right how do I know anything else is accurate? How do I know weather it’s the discription or the picture that’s wrong?

Charged me $30 subscription when I first opened it. Showed me one single offender, turns out he is in a completely different state, but in a town with the same name as mine. No other offenders. Official websites show several. My location was allowed to be used while using OffenderLocatorLite , so I don’t know what happened. Refund please.

Literally all the info is in accurate the last update it even says it has is from 1997 for everyone, literally pointless also lots of incorrect informationLike it says there’s someone in Irvine get it literally lives right there next to it that he lives in Julian OffenderLocatorLite is more unsafe to have it and did not have itBecause you’re using it to locate someone and they’re not where do you think they are...

I never knew that there were offenders around the small town that I live in. I thought OffenderLocatorLite was a joke but I tried it and there’s 10 pedophiles in a town that has less than 1,300 people in it. I’m thankful for OffenderLocatorLite, but the developers should update it more. There could be more offenders around. 💀

I think they fixed some things but it’s a good app to have and to show your teens so they can be aware of people like this. Very good app to have in your phone

When I agreed to the two month free trial, I was immediately charged $30 for a full year. I’ve contacted their customer support asking for a refund. Still waiting to hear back. Also, OffenderLocatorLite itself doesn’t seem to work very well.

Still no word back from the company. Filing a fraud claim with my bank now and will cancel my card. All the 5 star reviews are OffenderLocatorLite are clearly fakes.

First thing that happens when you open OffenderLocatorLite is a dialog offering a two month free trial. You have to click ok to even start using OffenderLocatorLite . It said you’d only be charged after the trial is over, but I checked my account and I was charged immediately! Also the data in OffenderLocatorLite is either outdated, inaccurate and/or fabricated! You’re better off using the family watchdog website.

Nothing fancy, you can opt to go on 2-month trial then you pay $50 , when I when on OffenderLocatorLite they charged me $50 up front then getting on OffenderLocatorLite google told me the same thing for free. It’s not worth it . I have tried to get in touch to money back but they have ignored and have not even reached out !!! Save your money google the predators in your area on google by your zip!!!

OffenderLocatorLite gives good information but it’s not a free trial like stated they instantly charged my Apple Pay 30$ which is not advertised. Not worth 30$ a month when you can look it up free online through the state or county I tried because I figured it would be simple and quick through an app but not for 30$ and it said free 2 month trial. So for that reason I only give one star.

I like OffenderLocatorLite in all seems to be legit and up to date. Although it says on OffenderLocatorLite is you share OffenderLocatorLite that I will receive a free upgrade to the paid version? Well I’ve shared on facebook and with several friends family and neighbors in the last 48hours and no automatic upgrade? So if anyone knows about how to get the “free upgrade” please let me know thanks

Gave this a 5 star because anything that works against creeps being themselves is for. Haven’t really messed with it but either way if it puts even one on blast it’s doing its job

Good enough to see there are sex offenders around but the pictures are definitely wrong. The pictures show a white guy and say hes black or show a woman but says shes male. No this is not a case of a sex or race change, its a glitch. Also wish you could see a whole list per city. Without having to click on different areas.

I use this everyday, esp when apt hunting for safe areas, and to be more aware of my surroundings. This helps with making me feel a little bit safer

I’ve used family watchdog for years and it’s always up to date with the most current sex offenders in your area. I have one in my neighborhood that im positive of, and OffenderLocatorLite didn’t have him on it!!! Family watchdog does. I tried this because I liked OffenderLocatorLite format and family watchdog doesn’t have an app, but what’s the point if they are missing offenders??? Not cool.

I got OffenderLocatorLite expecting my area to be clear, but within a moment of opening OffenderLocatorLite I see my next door neighbor is a sexual offender.

People are giving OffenderLocatorLite a bad review but why would they? OffenderLocatorLite is very useful, the offenders on OffenderLocatorLite are pretty accurate to what google says.

It only just me a few second of looking around the locator to see that it isn’t correct or only partly correct. It shows a picture of a black male and the description states it’s a white female. Or a Juan and the photo is a white male and the description states black male. I have one two houses down and the photo doesn’t match anybody I’ve seen around the house

Thank you for making OffenderLocatorLite. Never knew there was a sex offender along the street we walk to get to the park. He has even talked to us.

Photos and races of offenders are often mixed up. For example: (1) the photos on the list turn into a different person once you click them for information or (2) the person in the photo will be a white man but the race will say “black”. The information listed doesn’t always match my state’s sheriff’s department website.
