A cheat: You throw the ball to the right side onto the wall and mainly gets into the hoop. The game is so much fun and it gives a ranking table to who ever has played on you phone/Ipad. This makes the game a challenge/competition with friends and family. Not only that but you can also try tricks when trying to get the shoots. You feel like you are actually on a court shooting hoops the scores go up by 2 like in the real game and when you are playing you swipe instead of throwing.

It is slow when the ball comes back

What happened -then -?

This lite version is good. I'm considering buying the full. It's mindless fun but the people here saying they can score over 100 thats just impossible (you must be playing the full version with more time on the clock). There are only 4 balls and they don't come down fast enough to hit 50+ baskets. My only complaint and why it gets 4 stars is that when you shoot the balls fast and they fall in in rapid succession, some of them don't count on the score.

The game was Aswome and fun I play it every day and I'm getting better at this game and I will give this review 5 stars I'm epsest with the game and make more but funnier ones and I injoy the game arcade hoops it's the best game to play with if I'm bored and when I got the game I was like this game will be stupid but when I actually played the game I started to play it over and over and over again its a good game everyone would in joy and u can practice and practice to get better and the better u get the funer it will be and u have to know the game and u have to give it a try if u want to Change the games you play and I would like to say who ever made the game was aswome at making it because it's fun.

I like this game it really has an arcade basketball feel to it. The only thing I dislike about it, is the constant begging to buy the complete version. I don't mind advertising the features of the complete version. What bothersome is that it asks after every game if you want to switch to the complete version. That means every 45 seconds you guys ask if I want the enhanced version. I usuall play 10 to 12 times in a row After 12 nos in 9 minutes do you really meed to ask again. it's not personal, I don't buy apps. If you don't want people to play if they don't pay, don't make a free version.

If it was not for this constant pestering
, I would have given the game 5 stars. As it is, I almost gave a game I love 2 stars.

For some reason, this developer can't seem to get it's Hoops Lite and Bowling Lite games to record your high scores simultaneously. It works on either one or the other.

This developer's troubled updates are an example of why you should ALWAYS UPDATE AN APP VIA YOUR DEVICE, preserving your previous version on iTunes. (Find wifi if you have to.) This allows you to delete a crippled update immediately from your device and reload your previous version back from your iTunes program.

Needless to say, what follows is not a review of the current version: Nice graphics and sound. Sink as many baskets as you can in 45 seconds. My best is 70 points. (45 seconds does not seem to permit some of the lofty scores reported by others!)

How could you, or why would, take great games you had created, and turn them into such BAD games?
I have really enjoyed all of the games you have on ArcadeHoopsBasketball store, but now I hate to even try to play them. They all were so good and ran so well, and they were a joy to play. Now they are slow, sluggish, and full of ads. I understand why you included the ads in the FREE games, for the money, but that or something else you did, is slowing the game down so much you can't play it. Not only that, you ERASED ALL OF MY HIGH SCORES!!! Why did you do that? It took me weeks to get those great scores, just to have them erased in an instant with an UPDATE. I would have given you all 5 stars before, but now you get 1 star for screwing up. Please try to fix this. If anyone else has these games, and has not gotten the update, DON'T DO IT!!!!!

After getting 98 for the longest time, I finally was able to see if the game and the scoreboard could adapt to triple digits and it did by simply adding another column on the scoreboard. I personally believe 102 can be done. However, you got to be perfect.

The game is alot of fun and is perfect for passing time at the airport. The only problem that I've come across so far has been at the start of your shooting session the game sort of stumbles out of the blocks or pauses for a split second or two. Otherwise, the game is a great app to have on your iPhone.

I am so disappointed in this game because they drastically changed the value of the achievements!? Before you used to get about 3$ A DAY!? Now the max u can get if like 30 CENTS A DAY (300 POINTS)!? That's like 1$ in 3 DAYS!? It's not worth all the time that you spend playing this game! This game used to be my fav game but now I'm not even going to play it! Inside I was secretly hoping that they would change it back the next day, but they didn't! Anyways I'm going to delete this game if they don't bring back ALL of the original achievements! D:

They have restored the achievements for the 1,000 shots and the 500 shots! Thank you guys for doing that! It's better than the 300 points a day we were getting! Now only if they could restore more achievements! Hopefully they do!

Seriously! This game plus the other Arcade Game (misleaded by the word Arcade) should be bundled together and sell for .99cent Why are they trying to sell each game individually? Glad I didn't buy any of them. Maybe I will when they bundle up all their so called "arcade" games. I always get the impression that "arcade" games are a collective games consisting of 1. ball tossing 2. video game 3. ticket redemption 4. hit something to win a prize. All packaged together. But Not according Skyworks Interactive, Inc. They separated all these games and priced each .99 cent. Just put all these games together so it doesn't clog up the iPhone screen. Slap a price of .99 cent for 2 or more games. Put 6 games together and charge $4.99 and I'll buy the full-version.

ArcadeHoopsBasketball is great but I was wondering if I could get some help with it because the flux magnetron gauge sensor on my iPod is broken and I'm running it on a modified Linux system because I did a protocol scan 5p6:hh56"! And the results were indicating that ArcadeHoopsBasketball is giving me some trouble. The resonance factor is set to radians which may be why it is getting messed up. Idk of anyone has any ideas, but other than that it is a great app.

For all u ppl saying it's fun u r probably looking at the full version this makeS your hands hurt there's only one mode to play in and every other minute it gets a bug. This gets sooo boring after u do it for four minutes it's pointless
For all u ppl deciding to get this listen to me don't or it will cost u. I only played this for seven minutes and it got boring at the four minute mark. Sometimes I press ArcadeHoopsBasketball and it goes right back to the home screen. They should just give u the full version free . Regular version is sooooo boring. I deleted this right away. So I'm telling u now Do Not get this. If i was allowed to rate it zero stars I would.

This is a great game!!! I swear on everything that I scored 96 but only one time, the trick is to keep your eyes at the bottom of the screen on the balls and jus move your finger to the top middle without actually looking up wit your eyes as fast as you can and it's easy to break 90... I can score 90,92,94 jus bout everytime but I challenge myself to break 100 but I don't think it is possible but am gonna keep trying

Great game! Shooter shoots with two hands though. Obviously...program developer doesn't know proper shooting form. Fix this so the player will have more of a "real feel" shot! You can keep this version of two handed shot for the female basketball players because all girls shoot with two hands but the male basketball players need a one handed shot version with the guide hand just helping set the ball not actually shooting the ball.

If you bank it off the wall it seems to go on every time. I stopped looking at the basket even, I just concentrate on picking up the ball then wailing it against the wall. I got a score of 84 that way! Still really fun for some reason. I am addicted to trying to get a 100 percent on my shots, but out of 43 I seem to always seem to make 42
