It works, but…

I tried entering App Stores in several other countries. All the offerings were the same as the US App Store, therefore I thought the app didn’t work. Just now went to the US App Store and it indicated I was in the Spanish store. So, it does work. However, what’s the use? All the apps are the same. I did not try to purchase anything but doubt it would be possible anyway. Please advise some instructions on how to use your app.
