How to fix Appboard app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Appboard app on iPhone
Update Appboard app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Appboard iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Appboard on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Appboard network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Appboard app issues:

Force Stop the Appboard App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Appboard app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Appboard to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Appboard App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Appboard app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Appboard.

Fix Appboard unable to contact server/ Appboard internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Appboard » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Appboard » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Appboard on android.
