I went through the purple encyclopedia and this app. Some questions mirrored the encyclopedia but had conflicting answers. It was confusing to say the least, considering how much this app cost to use. As I keep progressing, questions are confusing and answers mirror each other with a slight word switch, but still means the same thing. Who is writing these questions? I am disappointed in this app and hope to get a refund.

Another update: taking 40 question quiz and got an answer wrong, supposedly. The question came up in the missed question section so I chose the answer that the app said was correct from the original quiz, then it said that answer was wrong, and that my original answer from the original quiz was correct. Seriously!!!! Offering me a gift card doesn’t fix the conflicting answers you provide which I feel only sets me up to fail.

I have consistently reached out to tech support with only a message for me to keep re-installing. I paid for a 6 month subscription and was told I would not get a credit for the issue nor will Get my money back when I cancel. This app keeps freezing and erasing my progress when I have to reinstall. Giving me the same questions from my first install without possible new questions that may be on the NCE exam. It keeps looping the same questions! This app deserves a zero star🤬 I am seeking legal action.

It’s great to just sit and take test for studying. In that aspect, it’s perfect. However, the functionality of the app is pretty poor.

First off, there is no multidevice congruency. My subscription covers both iPad and cellphone apps but when I get on my iPad to study, it doesn’t have the same saved notes and previously missed questions that I would like to see from my cellphone.

Secondly, there is no notification option. I would like to set a schedule of notifications that remind me throughout the day to pause and take a short quiz. You can just set alarms on your phone but it would be nice to have the app itself alert you and be ready when you click the notification.

Third, other than clicking a quiz and rolling with it, there’s no other options for how to study or timed sessions. Like others, I study best when I use the pomodoro technique. If this app is being used for studying purposes, why not integrate one of the most popular ways of doing it?

Let us set timers and notifications. Then this app would easily be five stars. As is, it’s just lacks some of the major functions I would expect from this type of app.
