Cannot be used at all

I subscribed a monthly subscription and try it for around one hour. The translation service provided cannot be used at all since there was a very long delay. What made me surprised is that the producer rejected my refund request twice. I will never use this product anymore. This is the worst translation tool I’ve ever used.

I don’t know what happened, but now there is a subscription service?
I can’t screenshot anymore without the text box going white, I don’t know if that’s because of the new screenshot thing that you can only have with the subscription, but all the other translations services are locked unless you pay, plus whatever other new features they decide to add.
Now there’s some kind of token system? Why did I pay 6$ when I am not getting what I paid for by having features taken away.
Not worth it, and I’d rather spend my money elsewhere.
Opened once, kept shutting down

Legit, was able to get it to almost work the first time I opened it, then ever time after that the app unexpectedly quits, and locks my screen. Definitely cannot recommend, sorry.
