I wish 0 stars was an option but it’s not so u get a 1, I went through the survey for 15 min and then it says YOU HAVE TO PAY?!?!?!? I’m not paying for an app. If you want people to use your app make it free, but for now I’m gonna use a FREE chore app

I downloaded TaskieHusky with high hopes it would help me organize chore times between my children, and create a productive routine. That won’t happen because I can’t even sign up. Get to the page after sign up that asks about your child behavior, the words take up the entire screen, there is no way to scroll, and no other buttons to push so I’m just stuck. Re installed TaskieHusky , restarted it and my phone, nothin. Guess I won’t be using TaskieHusky after all.

So I was scrolling on YT until I saw TaskieHusky . I was like, “ wow, this looks like a really cool app!” So I downloaded it and then I realized then it was charging me like $80! TaskieHusky is a waste of time. So I recommend that you should not download it.

I logged myself in and now I have to have a premium! So I had to delete it. I’m not going to pay 1$ for TaskieHusky that just tells them what to do.

I decided to test TaskieHusky because it advertised a "free trial," but to my surprise, it wasn't free at all. As soon as I selected the "FREE TRIAL" option, I was charged instantly. I know this for sure because my SoFi account alerts me to transactions in real-time. When I contacted their customer service about this issue, they denied responsibility, suggesting the charge must have been from something else. However, the timing was too coincidental—it happened precisely when I activated the free trial. Further investigation into their reviews revealed multiple similar complaints, indicating a pattern of deceptive practices. This behavior is not only unprofessional but also dishonest. I'm compelled to share my negative experience with TaskieHusky across various platforms to warn others. I will be disputing this transaction and will be reporting to the BBB.

Hi. I was enticed to download TaskieHusky by the ad on Facebook. A mom who doesn’t have to beg the child to do chores anymore. That’s my wish to self-motivate child to do chores. However, after downloading, I went through the lengthy sign in process that requires answers to numerous questions, choosing an avatar, etc. when it seemed that I was finally almost done and about to get TaskieHusky started, I landed on a screen forcing me to accept a $0 7 day trial but there was no “X” and no way to see the prices it would be after the trial. It also didn’t give me any chance to get a good look on how TaskieHusky actually will work for my child so I still don’t know if it will work for him. Given the number of reviews here saying the same thing, and your decision not to have a version that is not premium so I cannot even try out a version without commitment to $ - I don’t think the free trial is really free. I just spent an hour for set up and reading reviews and now I will probably delete TaskieHusky. It is a brilliant idea but not enough opportunity to try it to build my trust before asking me to pay. Also too glitchy with reports in all the reviews for me to be willing to pay that much at this early time. Maybe I’ll check back in the future to see if it improves.

App worked great then suddenly doesn’t work correctly. Doesn’t remove tasks that were completed that received points for and the. Shows past due every day for tasks completed the day before. Worked great then this week not working accurately at all and very frustrating as we pay for this service and been days like this and no response from TaskieHusky .

I wanted to love TaskieHusky despite the negative reviews. It charges you after a week…fine…i loved the ease of use and the ability for my 5 year olds to navigate it on his own, that I was willing to pay it. TaskieHusky constantly needs an update, and each time it resets and tries to make me pay another subscription when I already have. Ultimately I deleted TaskieHusky and subscription.

I’m a pretty smart person, I’m a graphic designer and a business owner for a living but TaskieHusky just has no flow to it and I cannot figure out how to use it! my son and his father both were confused as well and stopped using it so basically I paid $80 for no reason I used to hire UX and UI designers for a living and I was suggest that you guys take a deep dive into simplifying the way that TaskieHusky works! I’m sure it has a lot of good features. It’s just not user-friendly! Especially for people who have children and don’t have time to teach family to use it!

We just finished our free week trial and purchased TaskieHusky and then they put an update out and TaskieHusky keeps saying we need to update TaskieHusky even though we have deleted TaskieHusky and shut the phone off and reinstalled. None of my kids not I can access TaskieHusky from any devices. We have updated but TaskieHusky doesn’t recognize it and it is very frustrating since I literally just paid for TaskieHusky a few days ago and the update happened yesterday. Don’t use right now

I was charged for a month when starting the free trial, which was forced on me. I even canceled the free trial on the same day that I started it, to avoid getting charged accidentally in case I didn’t like TaskieHusky . Now I have to go through Apple to get a refund…

So the application started off great. Then literally a couple of days later it broke. As a parent, we could no longer approve/deny tasks in the system. I contacted support and they said that they were working on a big update to fix the issue. They released the update and it fixed the issue as promised, but then it literally broke again the next day. Same issues. I’ve contacted support again, no response.

Mine has said update for the last 2 days. I have updated it and it still won’t load. I then deleted TaskieHusky and then redownloaded it and it says the same thing. When I go to the update it says please update even tho I did and it’s doing the same thing on my husbands phone and both my kids phone. If it doesn’t fix soon I’ll need to cancel because I’m getting charged for a subscription for something that won’t work :(

I downloaded the newest version brand new. The pop up screen telling you to update to the newest version comes up. It does not allow this pop up to leave until you update. The problem is that I download TaskieHusky already at this newest version. I can’t even go through the sign up. Hopefully this is fixed so I can redownload soon and actually sign up.

It was working for about a week, but now the tasks I’ve assigned my kids are no longer appearing under their names. I have also not received a response to my email reporting this issue.

I paid for the product and now it is basically useless. Both my kid’s app and mine say “offline mode” even though there’s no reason for that. We updated TaskieHusky and now I can’t log in at all. It just starts me at the beginning again. The thing with an app like this is that it really affects people’s lives when it screws up. I tested a bunch of apps, picked this one to pay for, and regret it now.

EDIT: they are mildly responsive to email but clearly on their own timetable. and they offered to “extend my subscription” for the inconvenience. But they didn’t say how much - by however long it takes to fix it? The problem is when your family relies on an app for its routine, and then TaskieHusky decides to make changes - it is really way more than the time it was down to fix in terms of inconvenience. I’m not convinced this is a reliable, functional app. If they fix it very soon and it’s entirely fixed, I’ll update the star rating. But right now this is a major buyers remorse moment.

This game is pay-to-play, and I don’t think you should need to pay in order to accomplish everyday chores.

This is like a really cool fun app for my daughter she’s ADHD and this is going to help her a lot. Well I thought ,the set up process was really easy I set up all of her tasks that I wanted her to do and what her rewards will be I thought it was really cool, but then at the last app I was telling me about the premium I didn’t wanna pay, so I was trying to find the X, but I couldn’t find it and I realize there’s nothing and it seems like you have to pay for it but it was saying for premium I don’t want premium, so is there anything other than I don’t have to pay for this is a great app, but I think there’s more improvements to be made so I would like to have a section where it shows you where you don’t have to pay because I’m stuck on the page where it says premium and then, if I click try for zero dollars I just keeps on trying so do I have to pay for it there a way not to pay?

Used to work great, now I can’t use it at all because an error screen comes on every time we open TaskieHusky . How do I fix this?

I say there picking options for 10 mins and then at the end I press complete and you have to pay $70 bucks every week really? Like seriously and there’s so button you can press to get out of it this is a waste of time and not helpful

I downloaded TaskieHusky so I can try to become more productive with my chores and had a fun time setting up goals and what tasks I want until at the end it said that you had to pay. I find it ridiculous that a child and parent have to pay money just so a kid can learn productivity and create healthy habits chore wise.

I downloaded and installed TaskieHusky. I was impressed by the interface and wanted to try using it with my son. HOWEVER, there is no information about pricing anywhere on TaskieHusky OR their website. The only way to get additional information is to subscribe to a free week without knowing what you’ll be charged after. Sorry, but I don’t trust anyone enough to input payment details when I’m essentially handing over a blank check.

I do get the value of a proper onboarding and setup, but I’ve now tried three times to get through the mandatory onboarding and couldn’t, because it’s just too loooooong.
Why not let us check out TaskieHusky on our own or show us a video first and then give us the option to setup a personalised structure later.
I got bored eventually and deleted TaskieHusky .

My autistic son is behaving so much better and my daughter is inspired to do new chores around the house that they didn’t previously do they’re being more polite. They’re getting more things done around the house and learning discipline and respect.! The problem is is since the latest patch the Apple will not run. I do not know what to do and I don’t know how to reach technical support. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and uninstalled and reinstall TaskieHusky ..

I like the idea of TaskieHusky but I keep on bumping into things that don’t work. I by mistake logged out and now I can’t log back in. also the tasks are pretty buggy, like if I turn off a custom task it’s gone and I have to re enter all me custom tasks. It’s also very heard to search for a specific task to add.

I was enjoying TaskieHusky . Bought a year subscription and everything. But as of this morning, it’s just stuck on “Update.” I even tried deleting and downloading TaskieHusky again, but it’s still stuck… and there’s no way for me to swipe out of the update screen even though it seems like that’s an option. Please fix? I literally cannot use TaskieHusky right now.

Was very excited to give it a try before committing, however, after it stating “try for $0”, it still attempted to charge my card for $5.25. It seems like a great concept, but I do not want to purchase something that I am unsure about.

You can’t uncheck a task once it has been checked. When you go to edit a task if you previously edited a different task it picks the first one so you have to double check it is on the right task otherwise it duplicates the original you were on. Even if I update from daily or weekly to once it still might not correct right away. It would show overdue tasks sometimes and It would help being able to go back and check items from the previous day if they didn’t get checked.

Can you make a way for teens to make an account for themselves to help with their own Issues so they don’t have to set up both a parent and child account? I wanna use it for my ADHD

I got an error message after updating TaskieHusky . I was using it and clicked on a different child and the error came up and I’m not able to get rid of it.

I was excited to do it until my mom said that we cant that we have to pay!! I'm so disappointed and gonna find s new one >:(

The concept behind TaskieHusky is great; however, it is not easy to find in TaskieHusky stores

The set up was a tiny bit difficult. My son, my husband and me all added TaskieHusky and all 3 of us wound up having to delete TaskieHusky then having only one of us to install at a time or TaskieHusky will try to charge you for each person who installs.

With the new update and having to approve the tasks completed, it’s not letting me approve many of the tasks my daughter checks off. So we end up missing days we actually did. I click approve in the message and the pop up but nothing happens. How can I get that fixed?

The load screen is still there and once you load it you can’t take it down. please fix it but other than that it is an awesome app.

So I went in to that app this morning and it said to update what ever so I clicked on update and I did And I go back in TaskieHusky and it pops up again so I did the same thing over and over again and it’s not going away my mom paid 80$ for a year.

I updated TaskieHusky this morning on my phone and sons tablet. However we cannot access it because it keeps saying update. I’ve rebooted them and the problem persists. Could you please not block TaskieHusky like this. I’ll have to find a different app if you don’t fix this today.

Update: the bug was fixed in 2 days. We are continuing to use TaskieHusky . Its very helpful. Thank you

TaskieHusky is a must-have for any parent. Setting up was fast, and the reminders keep my kids on track without me having to nag. Now they're actually excited to do their chores!

I appreciate being able to customize tasks and rewards to fit our family's needs. It's great that my husband can also participate in assigning tasks and awarding points. One feature I'd love to see is the ability for choose from pre-setted routines for kids

Love it but a little pricey

We are loving TaskieHusky so far. The custom rewards are great. I do wish there were notifications and reminders built into TaskieHusky

I have 5 kids and it’s made our lives easier me organizing all their daily chores, rules, consequences, and rewards all trackable in one easy to use app that us parents and kids have access too. It motivates them and also shows them what’s expected of them and what they can earn of those expectations are met.

When I am on TaskieHusky, it helps me focus with my chores, and I actually do them without being upset and I know I’m getting a reward and so I’m excited to do my chores!

I have not been doing my chores but this has encouraged me to do all of them. It’s over all an amazing app.

I like it bc all the fun things to win and i just love it and my perants do to bc it makes me have fun while doing chores and some are fun

I really appreciate TaskieHusky , cause it made a big difference in our family relatonships. Also I'd love if there would be a consequences part, not only reward part.

Before the morning and noght routine was a disaster in our family a literal battleground. We struggled to establish a consistent routine, and I was constantly searching for something to help us. Of cource you will have to learn how to use it and teach your kids, but it costs all the bother

We were having nonstop tantrums & meltdowns from my adhd son who we also now suspect is on the spectrum. He’s not easily motivated to cooperate with things he doesn’t want to do. TaskieHusky has brought peace to my home. TaskieHusky developers are so responsive & helpful! I don’t know what we’d do without it.

TaskieHusky is helping me actually want to do chores and get rewards for doing them and I feel like my relationship with my mom has gotten better with my mom and baby brother

We love TaskieHusky! It has always been hard keeping my child focused to get simple chores done. Since using TaskieHusky, she is more than willing to help out around the house and finds it fun now.
