Zero stars. Dollar Tree can’t seem to figure out how to make a functional app. The last one sucked, tried again after their equally horrible website said “new app” .. and what a disappointment. It crashed, froze, stopped loading, and had to be closed out 2x all within 5 mins while simply browsing the products.

Find a new developer already for the love of God.

There are constant, pop-up ads for games and other apps. Like every 5 seconds. By the time your eye finds the location and starts to read there’s another pop-up. Highly annoying to the point of being unusable.

They HAVE stock & product info. I can’t imagine why they don’t want us to have access to it.

Also, iPhone only which makes it extra difficult to use on iPad. But it doesn’t really matter as it’s unusable anyway,

I downloaded DollarTree and then took it right back off after checking out all its “features” You can not purchase anything from DollarTree . You only have the ability to “favorites” 30 items before being asked to delete something from your list to add new ones. With NO other options to make another list. And the pictures of items are too small or lack the ability to zoom in. Just a complete waste of potential.

Prices being up in a normal store is expected.
But prices up in a dollar store is robbery!
You go and support the dollar stores because it’s a dollar. But now that they raised prices is not acceptable! No longer will this store be a main shopping store. They lost my business for that.
The stuff they sell should be under a dollar anyway.
Because it’s basically cheap stuff. Even the batteries can’t outlast the weakest store brand batteries. The food is questionable. The toys are worse than what you would find at a garage sale.
There name no longer says what they are. They should change it. If you call yourselves a dollar store then be a freakin dollar already. Be what your name says. I was completely disgusted when I found there prices were up. It’s no longer worth shopping here.
Until I see prices go back to normal. I’m done with this store. Return to a dollar! Stop being greedy. Greed would be the end of you. And any other store that has greed.

The would be a helpful app if you could use it to order items not just look at them. It’s a waste of time. No point of creating an app that doesn’t help you in anyway.

They say they just updated it but I see zero change. You can’t search nearby stores without changing the zip code to each town around you. They never have the things in stock nearby that I see pictured in ads. There is a pop up that drives me crazy and forget tracking an order you have placed online. I do everything by an app and this one is the worst ever!

Don’t bother downloading, DollarTree along with the dollar tree website is worthless. Your not able to order anything or make a purchase online.

I tried making an account and I would get the welcoming texts confirming my account existed but I could never sign in. It would always say “Something went wrong please try again later “ I tried uninstalling and reinstalling DollarTree but still the same thing. And when I went to try and reset my password it would say account does not exist. Yes it does or otherwise why would I have gotten those welcome texts? App needs some fixing please or an easier way to create an account .

You can’t look up an item or do anything else because every 5-10 seconds there is an ad 😡 Don’t waste your time getting DollarTree

Is it DollarTree or not? I can just go to the store if it isn’t going to tell me something new.

You can’t buy anything from the, all you can do is look. It doesn’t show if your store has it in stock. You have the ability to only favorite 30 items. There’s no way to make different list for items you want. It crashes and restarts your phone constantly. There’s really no point to DollarTree .

App won’t let me favourite all the stuff I want to try. Frustrating. When I click the categories it says showing all zero products. That’s not accurate at all I have to re load DollarTree each time I want to look at another category. Why can’t I click on the pictures?

It’s very frustrating to need dimensions & details and not have them provided at all. The Product Detail link doesn’t work. All items need better descriptions & dimensions given to help make an informed purchase. Either fix it or remove it.

All in all DollarTree is nice and easy, It would be better if I could actually se what items are in stock at a certain store or to be able to make a purchase

Not seeing a way to purchase in app..ship to home.. why did smaller quantities go away??

I was shopping on the.com site and saw there was an app available and was thinking that would be super helpful for purchasing. However, all you can do is look at items you can’t even see if it’s in stock, and you certainly cannot order it through DollarTree so it’s kind of a uselessz I’ll improve my rating if DollarTree improves.

I was really excited to download this but I haven’t even been on it for 5 minutes and it keeps crashing. Really disappointing

It keeps crashing when I scroll through the items it says are at my store.. 7 times now, and getting to what you're trying to find is very counterproductive... everytime it crashed I'd forget where I was just looking at.. 3 hours I will never get back lol.

Dollar Tree app for iOS (version 1.2.0)

There is a Facebook link inside of the Dollar Tree app. This link should take the user to a Facebook page for Dollar Tree.

It does not. It takes the user to a, “this content isn’t available right now” error message. Please fix, either by linking to an official Facebook page, or by removing the link from DollarTree . Thank you!

Can DollarTree be used to have items delivered? Because I don’t see by anything I would like to buy. Don’t see a shopping cart icon either 🤷🏻‍♀️

There needs to be the ability to have more than 30 items in your favorites list. There should not be a cap period.

Please add a feature if it is in stock at my chosen location. As well as the ability to expand my favorites list.
There’s also a small glitch when clicking between different categories.
Love dollar tree, but DollarTree has room for improvements.

The apps looks nice but it would be nice to be able to order items and not just look them. If I want to do that I would go straight to the store

It would be helpful to be able to expand the pictures of products on DollarTree - both from the company’s description and the pictures from reviews. It is hard to see what is being described when they are so little and can’t be expanded Please fix this so we can really see what we’re looking at.

When I first found out that dollar tree had an app I was very happy since I always ever used the website. The only problem for me is that DollarTree when I press a category and then I want to press another one it glitches and doesn’t load. And one suggestion for DollarTree would be for it to have if the product is in stock at the location. Other than that, DollarTree is great!

Glad to see you have an app! Would it be possible to be able to see if a particular item is in stock at a selected store? I may have missed it, but I didn’t see that feature. Thanks so much. : )

I think it would be great to be able to add your receipt to DollarTree .

It’s good that DollarTree is made, I won’t have to go on the safari website, however it doesn’t say if an item is available at a store or not like the safari website does. And I can’t zoom in the pictures of an item I’m looking at either. Having these features make DollarTree better.

I just downloaded it from their website to be sure I was getting the right one! So far so great with it and I can’t wait to see what it’s like to order!

It's nice to finally have an official app. I use this all the time to help my customers. I work at my local Dollar Tree. I tell them all the time to make sure you download the new Dollar Tree app! It's really nice to look at and clean and easy to use. The Price Scanner feature is really nice. That's something I tell my customers about as well.
