Cambio la contraseña una y otra vez. Y me sigue apareciendo “wrong credentials provided”. Intento contactarme por todas las vías con ellos para poder solucionarlo y no obtengo respuesta. Sinceramente muy mal.

I had been a loyal member of the OTH Network until I was unexpectedly kicked off the site without any notice. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Upon trying to log in, I was greeted with a message saying, “please contact technical support for more detailed information.”

Naturally, I reached out to their support team, expecting a swift resolution. However, what followed was an endless runaround. Initially, I was told that it was a technical issue and to be patient. Two weeks passed with no progress, only to be informed that they were not sure what was going on. Another two weeks later, I received a generic, unrelated response that seemed like an attempt to brush off the problem with robotic replies.

The entire process was not only ineffective but deeply frustrating. The lack of communication, accountability, and resolution from OTH Network's customer service has left me extremely dissatisfied. I would not recommend this platform to anyone due to their poor handling of customer issues and lack of transparency.

Possibly the worst customer service by an app in this entire App Store.

Can't login to my account, nor reset my password. Enduring frustrating customer service journey. Initially told it was a technical issue, asked to be patient. but Customer Service was not kind via email. Randomly just denied my application without consideration when I asked a question.

I reached out about not being able to access OTHNetwork although I’m still getting notifications from the platform. Initially they said it was a technical issue and to delete OTHNetwork and reinstall. Then they told me that my account is actually under review and they don’t know why. Two weeks later they still don’t have an update and refuse to give any reasoning to why my account is on hold. I’m now seeing other reviews circulating about this same issue. I’ve been a faithful member since last year so I’m pretty frustrated with the blindsidedness and lack of transparency - would not recommend OTHNetwork to anyone from here on out.

Cannot log into my account anymore and password reset does not work. I get emails and notifications for invites to events, etc. and I’m completely unable to participate because I cannot login on OTHNetwork . I’ve reached out to customer support and they have yet to resolve or even respond to my query.

I’m still waiting on approval for OTHNetwork . I’m currently meeting the qualifications so I’m not sure why I haven’t been able to have access.

As a busy content creator constantly on the move, finding time to seek out collaboration opportunities while traveling can be tough. OtH has made my life so much easier by helping me connect with brands quickly and efficiently, allowing me to secure more partnerships in less time. I absolutely love being part of the OtH creator community!

I’ve been an Oth creator for almost a year now. I love the access and options available for collaborations. It’s a great app for influencers and businesses! Easy to use and great customer service! I love how they’re expanding to other cities. As a traveling influencer I’m able to explore different restaurants on the house, and I love that!

OTHNetwork literally revolutionizes the way you experience different cities! From restaurants, to self care to new brands - this has been one of my favorite apps to use and share with my friends! Everything on here is masterfully curated and I’m so excited for it to keep growing and expanding its network! Highly recommend it!

As someone who has been a member on the OTH app since December 2023 I can absolutely attest that OTHNetwork has been nothing short of amazing. If there is anything I need, support gives me feedback within five minutes. The companies on OTHNetwork have been great and I am able to gain experiences I’ve never had before. Absolutely love OTHNetwork !
