I paid for the premium version, but every-time i want to connect it shows me ads!! Also some times it show me the page to subscribe! I already paid, why should i see the subscribe window it see ads?! Some times it connects but nothing loads. I have to disconnect and connect again! Updated on 21th March The ads problem solved. Thanks for biubiuVPN support. Another disturbing issues. When you open biubiuVPN , its opens the purchase page “upgrade to premium”and this is while i already have the subscription! And more disturbing is that by touching “ restore purchase “ nothing happens! I have to turn on another VPn and again touch the “restore purchase” or even go to account page and enter the token! Imagine I don’t have the second Vpn, how can i use this one?

I bought 1 year subscribtion. But due to some problems of connection I forced to remove and install the application 4 or 5 times .
Unfortunately restore purchase doe not work although see the congratulations message that you are premium user now !! . In device management I can’t see any registered device that enable you to remove any device.
Now I have paid annually for premium subscription, and because of several times uninstall and install biubiuVPN my premium access is gone and all happened on only one phone ( my iphone).
I asked support by ticketing but there is no any answer till yet .
Biubiu needs improvement and enhancement in purchase process , therefore I strongly do not recommend in-app purchase .

So interesting
I bought subscription for one year
2 things happened :
1- cannot activate on my second device it said user doesn't exist
2-on my main device also it happened same after 5 minutes and said user doesn't exist

I uninstalled app and installed again and restore purchase but same again said user doesn't exist

I am so angry

Why this must happen?

How can solve it also if it doesn't work how can i get my money back?

Hey biubiu, I recently renewed my premium subscription but there is a bug that when i open biubiuVPN , it’s not like having premium subscription. When i restore purchase it says, i’ve become premium user but steel i’m a normal user in main page. Please fix this bug❤️

I feel saddened for your servers and infrastructure that you always and every night choose the worst time to disconnect
exactly when the connection should be established, it suddenly disconnects
so please try to improve your servers in Iran to avoid Avoid such problems ;

After the latest update for iOS 12, the program does not run, the program crashes and exits. Re-installing did not solve the problem. The subscription we got is also unused.

I'm sure Bio Bio doesn't try to solve the problems of its users. I have a one-year Biu Biu account, but after two months it was terminated and now Biu Biu has not done anything after several weeks. And I am unable to connect to its servers.

It doesn’t show the bottoms and menu completely and I can’t even log out of my account to enter another premium token! It seems that the screen size is not compatible with iphone se2 . Neither I can see the screen completely nor I can scroll down! I’m totally disappointed!

The last version update don't work on iOS 12.
Please fix that bug or set this update for iOS after 13, so we can download the previous version .

biubiuVPN used to be very helpful and efficient but after the update there are way too many advertisements and it is kinda annoying i can't even connect to a sever because of the advertisements i know the ads help the developer to keep the good work up but too many ads are really annoying.

It's been a while since your free servers have high ping or none at all and don't work with mobile LTE internet or only work with Wi-Fi and are extremely slow or full of ads, please take care of it.

Well hello , thabks for you awsome program . I loved it alot and almost used it every day .
But there is a problem , after the last update my app is still on the upgrade notification and it wouldnt let me to connect to the servers . I would be really happy if you solve my problem .

I have a problem with this application in last week. I renew my premium account yesterday but today it show me subscription expired message again. also last month my subscription expired almost 10 days earlier.

Ever since I installed it, it crashes when I connect the program and after a while it connects again. Generally, if you click on the options at the top of the program, this is a problem and it is because of the advertising window. Every time the window does not move, it lasts for 1 second. The program does not lag. It works, but when it moves, the program locks. Recently, the software does not work at all because the Mac operating system crashed twice because of the program. I remember that the program used 4 GB of RAM due to the program crashing. Please give an update to remove the advertisement window inside the program so that we can use the software.

I've been using this VPN for several months and the number of ads became numerous!
When u open, connect ( sth doesn't), or even reopen it while it's in the ram, u see repetitive ads.
It works depending on the ISP but it's become so frustrating!
Pls, reduce the number of repetitive ads.

I have been using biubiuVPN for more than 1 year in Iran , premium account, it was ok during this period but unfortunately recently I have problems getting connected to any servers ,I don’t is it related to censorship or biubiuVPN itself?!

In iran bc of some problems everything is filtered and non of the vpns worked out i can say that i tried every single vpn in biubiuVPN store but non of them worked but this vpn worked sooooooo good and nice thanks for making this vpn

biubiuVPN is helpful especially in Iran . But dude what are these ads? I know u need to do some advertisements but can you please be more careful about their content? Most of them have sexual content which is weird.
