Purchased a device with articulating camera tip and a dual lenses. The front lens and articulated work well, but there is absolutely no option to switch to the second side camera in SupAnesok .

I can’t tell you enough how bad SupAnesok & camera is! Absolutely no camera audio or camera quality calibration! NO AUDIO!!! What’s the point??? Video of a baby with NO AUDIO!!! Are you actually serious! Returned & refunded!!! SupAnesok alone is enough not to want to camera! 2005 is calling & wants to camera quality back! Can not use Apple car play while plugged in. 🚩

Don’t waste your money on these products they don’t check anything they need to shut down not acceptable to be consider a company even if it’s Chinese do better morons

Installed app and it only shows “ Device not connected “ (just like it shows in introduction ), the camera light is on and adjustable. There’s no further instructions nor troubleshooting procedure.
If this isn’t resolved soon, I’ll return it.

When I bought this I had an iPhone 13 Pro and it worked pretty good. But since switching to iPhone 15 (and USB-C) it doesn’t matter which adapter I use, it doesn’t work. I even splurged and bought the Apple one, it connects and the lights turn on. But on the phone it says “Accessory Not Supported.” So I guess it’s just garbage now.

Worked great the first day. After that it would not connect to the camera. I cleaned the plug ins, jiggled it, did everything and it would display the picture for a second and then show that it wasn’t connected. This happened a few times and now it won’t even connect for a second. I think this may be a scam to let China gain access to our stuff. I’m sending it back!

App requires full read and write access to all of your photos or it won’t let you save any pictures from SupAnesok . They’re intentionally doing this, iOS doesn’t need access to your other photos to be able to save. What are they doing with the data from your photos?
If the dev would drop this requirement, then SupAnesok would be acceptable, not great, but certainly usable.
It also appears that you can’t use any other app with the camera, so you’re stuck with this one. If the developer stops updating SupAnesok your camera may stop working if SupAnesok no longer supports the current iOS version.

Works for a while then camera shuts off if you even slightly move the lightning plug. C’mon people. Just put a decent connector on it. I’ll pay the extra 5 bucks.

I will say, for the price the camera is pretty good and the attachments fit well and helped me fish wire through the walls. So Camera design team: 1. Connector design team: 0.

Like other reviewers, I found that the scope’s light comes on and works fine but that the camera doesn’t connect.

The culprit is a badly-designed USB-lightning adapter. The adapter doesn’t fit snugly in the lightning port, so the camera only connects when you jiggle the adapter just so—and then only briefly, till the merest perturbation of air current moves the adapter ever so slightly and out of contact. The adapter looked perfect with no signs of any damage or deformity—looks like they spec’s it wrong and didn’t test it.

Returned the scope for a refund.

If you have an issue with the lights coming on but the camera not working, make sure you take the case off your device. Otherwise the lighting connector will not fit snugly and you will have issues.

Other than that, SupAnesok is fairly straightforward and works as you would expect.

After my first brief trial I experienced no connection issues. Focus is properly displayed and lighting good. Appreciate the 3 accessories: 90 degree angle, magnet, and hook. Instructions could have been expanded for this 80 year old guy; totally don’t understand how to get a pdf made—very unclear to me. At John’s

Other reviews saying it doesn’t connect or has a bad lighting connector are wrong. Has the same connector as factory plugs. Which might be a problem with some phone cases. Worked fine the first time I plugged it in.

Just plug in the camera and it works instantly. There is no login or set up required. Saves photo and videos to an album or downloads them to your device or the cloud. Love it!

In my case the phone kept losing connection with the camera while the camera light stayed on. There was a slight movement of the lightning connector in the port.

I cleaned the port with a toothpick - there was a tiny bit of lint in one corner, that was enough to cause the connector to not seat completely, causing the connectivity issue. Now the connector plugs in perfectly and the camera stays on, even when moved around.

Works for what it needs to do. Camera can be higher pixel rate. Otherwise, it serves its purpose. It’s better to use a different light source than the camera light.

When I got this in the mail today I went to look up SupAnesok and while it was downloading I looked at the reviews and got worried that I had gotten something that was trash, but no! This thing works perfectly and does everything it says it does! So happy I found this little tool!

SupAnesok and camera did exactly as I expected. Was awesome for working on a vehicle with hard to spot places.

Works as expected. Turn the dial on the cord to make it brighter.

I was worried when I saw some of the other reviews but SupAnesok does exactly what it’s supposed to do. It also does not ask for any photo permissions, so they must have fixed that. It uses its own picture manager now.

This is an app review so reviewing the device here is not the purpose but it’s worth mentioning I am happy with the device as well. It’s true that the device light doesn’t have super long range in the dark but I bought this to see inside small areas and it works great at that. My phone has a USB C port so I don’t have to use the included adapters so I can’t speak to them.

I bought the dual lens version and I had to read the paper instructions that came with it to figure out how to switch cameras. Long press the physical button on the camera cord, the one near the light brightness dial. It takes pictures if you tap it and switches cameras if you long press. It would be nice if you could do this from SupAnesok too but it works fine doing it from the physical controls.
