Pathetic - why a simple login issue cannot be solved?

I usually don't give the reviews but this app made me so annoyed to give it a review. I have never seen such pathetic app, login to the app is extremely tough, random stupid errors every time while logging in, I have never encountered such pathetic internet banking in my whole life and I think I'm gonna halt my account just because of its internet banking..

I have been using this banking app for a few weeks now, and I have to say that the signing-in process is not working at all. It takes several attempts to log in, and I often get error messages or timeouts. It's a significant inconvenience. I hope the developers can address this issue and improve the app's performance.
