App opens to the standard ransomeware page, Monthly, Yearly, and one time purchase page. Free trial only for the yearly subscription. Figured for $4.99 I’d try it for a month, but when I hit the Continue button, nothing happens. Have tried it on all the options, you just can’t get into imgmiAIPhotoEditor .

I was going to give this a try but a subscription screen with very little info as to what I get for my money. Don’t understand the pricing structure so I have decided to skip Imgmi. I tried to find more info about Imgmi at website but found nothing there. I have other software from Skylum but I have never saw them do this before. Strange.

As a paid customer for Skylum there is no reason to also pay for imgmiAIPhotoEditor. It needs to be free for those that paid. As much as we spend. This company fails to provide the basics

The Filters have silly names (C1, C2…) and wether no changes or extrem color cast. There is no option to select the strength of the filter. Even iOS is better.
The AI enhancement works, but is no comparison to Luminar AI. This is great! But I don’t want to use the Mac all the time.
The only thing that’s okay is the sky replacement. But it’s not good. There is no mirror from the sky to water or reflecting buildings. The mood of the image is not adapted (for example sunset), so it looks like bad photoshopped.

I can’t adjust the quality of the exports and the controls are so bad. I just want luminar neo on iPad. This is soooo far from that experience that it’s crazy. Luminar neo presets that I’ve already bought transferring over here to iPad would be an amazing experience. Maybe someday.

I am a happy user of Luminar Neo and love their products. However imgmiAIPhotoEditor is no where near ready to be released to the general public. I performed many edits to an image then pressed the + for a new image and the new image loaded, totally discarding my edits on the previous image without warning. To save an edited image you have to know that you have to select the share icon and select Save Image from the dropdown list, rather than a save button. There is no standard undo option from the all the editing options like exist in Neo. imgmiAIPhotoEditor does not follow standard Apple interface guidelines or the interface examples of the other Luminar products. Based on my experience with the other Luminar products I paid the one time fee as soon as I loaded imgmiAIPhotoEditor and am regretting it now. I rotated an image and saved it, imgmiAIPhotoEditor saved a new copy of the original unrotated image.

I use this on my 11” iPad Pro and speed seems ok. Power line removal works well, sky replacement works well except no reflections in water scenes. I could not find a sharpen slider in the edit settings. The biggest thing that makes this unusable is that edits are saved as 2M files regardless of original file size. This noticeably reduces sharpness and details. It seems this software was meant to be used on small screen devices like smartphones where the resolution would not be as noticeable. Until the edited files can be saved in full, original resolution I cannot recommend this software. I am looking forward this being corrected in a future update. I am currently a Luminar Neo user and have been happy with Skylum updating software making it function better. How do you turn the software off?

The home page is useless. Has not information about pricing and the product. Get a better home page

Love imgmiAIPhotoEditor and features the only problem is only export on jpg at 2mp 1473x1964, that is really a bummer so I stop to using it.

Based on the high-quality Skylum brand, and due to the fact that I love their Luminar Neo MacBook software, I went ahead and purchased for one-time fee. Upon first use, here are my impressions: Auto-enhance works great! There aren’t very many features available right now (no sharpen, denoise, etc.), but seeing that this is a new app, hopefully more features will be added in the future. I am so happy that Skylum has come to iPad Pro, as that’s where I spend 99% of my photo-editing time. Big problem: Upon editing, resolution drops from 12 mp to 7 mp! This needs to be fixed as soon as possible!

As is I think it needs a few more features to be worth the price. But, what it does have it does very well.

The user interface is horrible. There is no menu. There’s no back. There’s just very basic buttons. But there should be menu something?

This is a great piece of software but it seems to have been abandoned, no updates for almost a year now and it’s clear they put all their resources for the iPad version of Luminar as that gets regular updates. It’s still good but what’s the point of a subscription to a service that is no longer being updated? The whole point of subscriptions is to get a constant stream of content and updates to justify it. Hopefully they’ll return to imgmiAIPhotoEditor and update it in the future.

As a Luminar NEO user I was hoping for such a product to be released. It’s pretty good for a first release. It will need updates to make it superb. The erase tool is hit or miss. Subjects with clean surroundings will fare better. It needs an undo button, however. Restore is useful for small corrections but tedious for global undo. Might be nice to have an apply button too. Sky replacement is very good. I will be playing around with imgmiAIPhotoEditor for a while. Congrats on a very decent app, Skylum!

Removes unneeded objects that’s good, but sky replacement is another level for my travel and selfie photos

I love imgmiAIPhotoEditor! But I wish the new ipad app worked as smooth as this one

App has a very fluid interface, and the tools are intuitive and effective. I hope to see more options added (sharpening for sure).

Hi, Imgmi’s developer! Could you please make the cutout tool have abundant application scenarios? I mean I’d remove and replace all types of backgrounds, not just the sky. I’m thankful to you for seeing the need.

I just installed on my phone and having fun! Nice set of tools for enhancing and fixing photos. Easy to use and good start. I like Luminar Neo, in general, and IMGI tool kit will be handy in the field. Good stuff, Skylum!

Giving this a 5-star, mainly because I use Skylum on my desktop and believe imgmiAIPhotoEditor has a huge potential. Right now functionality appears limited, but the AI component works quite well and pictures definitely look good and sky replacement is great! Will follow this one closely.

Wonderful edition to the Skylum product line! Easy to use photo editing right on your mobile device.
