Contact DMV Practice Test 2024 myDMV Support

So I paid for the premium feature for about two weeks and they took my money and didn’t give me access to it. Absolute foolishness. I have never written a bad review on any apps before but this is needed because I paid for the services and it kept saying I should pay again. Scam! not sure if the app is glitching or what but my money went down the drain. Not only that but I tried contacting them via email because that’s the only option they give you and it has been daysssss with no response. Do not download! There are other dmv apps that are way better than this one. I wish I could rate it 0 instead of 1 star because that’s how I feel about this app..the matter is infuriating and I need back my money!

In general a good app, but not really relevant for the test prep: failed the permit test after 20 or 50 questions in NJ, even though I was able to answer 95% of questions correct in this app. The problem is, that a lot of topics aren’t asked and trained at all. Law, legal permission, rights etc. This is asked directly in the beginning. Also, I get forced to rate the app, even though I did already. Good app. Idea: Sometimes more pictures. I bought a new phone and wanted to use ok my same Apple account on different phone: doesn’t work Also the app is asking me for feedback since 20 times using it today.

I bought the subscription for a week and everything for it to stop working. It’s going on the 2nd day of it not loading so I can continue practicing the tests. At first the first 2 days there was nothing wrong, until the 3rd day, the page won’t load. It’s very annoying and i even tried re downloading it, restarting my phone, exiting the app, and it didn’t result in anything but me losing everything I did on the app and starting over, and WHEN I DID START OVER THE PAGE STOPPED WORKING AGAIN AND WOULDNT LOAD. Very unprofessional, save yourself the time and money and download a different app because this one has serious fixing to do.
