High cost gamble for brands

To me, Joinbrands was no different than picking some random person off the internet, sending them our product, and asking them to do a review. I had two creators—one sent me an inappropriate video, the other never even responded (even after support got involved). No refund on the high costs I incurred between the higher tier subscription, the videos, and sending them our products. I’m so disappointed that nothing can be done to ensure that we brands receive any quality from this platform. It feels like the creators have full control with no accountability.

I have been creating content for payment for about 7 years, and unfortunately I feel like the requirements to apply for jobs on this app are too strict. I’ve had several videos kicked back to me, even videos that I’ve made for pretty big brands. So I still haven’t been able to apply for jobs two months after downloading the app. I’m on several other, higher paying platforms and I’ve never had this much trouble getting approved to apply for jobs.

All of a sudden the jobs just stopped coming. Not reliable. I’ve only been making my profile better and better with consistent updates to it. I even emailed asking if I did something wrong, and the response was -

“Hope you are doing great! Regarding your concern , Wee review your account and everything is in order. Don't be discouraged by pending applications! Keep in mind that there are more content creators registered on the platform, also waiting for an opportunity.”

As if I can’t comprehend that other people exist. Did help me at all, and then they immediately want me to rate the convo. Stupid. Its suspicious that I haven’t gotten a single offer in more than a week and a half. When they were coming every day. Maybe JoinBrands business isn’t doing well?
